The room is spacious and I love the sofa. The bed is comfortable,aircon room temperature is fine. Room service is quick to respond when asked for water and when ordering food. Fast check in and out you don't have to wait long. The gym is well equipped and in good condition. Near malls and walking distance.

The glass shelf where the cups were put for drink needs to be wiped often because it is quite dusty and you can see the dust clearly. The room needs to be renovated because it is outdated and can change the carpet because its look old. Room furnishings need to be upgraded. The complimentary coffee and tea can be better.

Friendliness of staff at lobby and at breakfast. Also the bar lunches and drinks at the bar area was excellent. There was a young man waiter that just started a month ago which was so humble and kind - great employee!

Lady at breakfast on my last day after having breakfast every day said that I am not on the list and can not have breakfast. After a while and me wanting to go to reception to verify this she acknowledged that she made an error. It was embarrassing for me. Also the fridge in room not stocked which is disappointing.

We have stayed at this property before and love the location, staff and phenomenal breakfast. As we arrived early the staff accommodated our early checkin for 4 rooms at 0800 hrs. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we had and the staff (special mention of Shima) were so friendly and attentive. The Concierge was amazing and even helped when my son couldn't pay cash for a cab and put it on my account. We had a late checkout 1400 hrs. I cannot say enough about the quality of service offered at this property it is absolutely of the highest standard. The beds are super comfy with a pillow menu and great room service. For tired travellers, the curtains block all light coming in so you can have a decent rest. I had booked a van from airport to hotel via Booking.com which was a bit grubby and smelly with diesel fumes. For the return I booked transport via the hotel and the van and driver were spot on and well priced at about $100 AUD for a big van to accomodate 8 pax and 13 pieces of luggage. There may be a huge range of accommodation in KL but I give Westin KL my highest recommendation, you won't be sorry if you book it. Super comfy, super location, amazing staff and the best breakfast in KL.

Not a single complaint about this fabulous hotel

The check-in gentleman: mr iqmal, very nice and offered us upgrade due to celebratory nature of our stay. The buffet for breakfast is sufficient. The crew is polite and all smiley. The location is great. About 100m to pavillion mall, starhill gallery 50m, farenheit 100m. Bukit Bintang Mrt is 100m away from Hotel. Jogoya Japanese Buffet is 50m away Luk Yu Tea House is 50m away The dondonki wagyu sticks 100m away Fancy for isetan wagyu grill 100m away The chon mon beef pastry is 400m down the road TRX- latest shopping happenings, 450m away. Walk towards the rear of starhill gallery before farenheiit Busy place but not as busy as its the start of the road.

Minor- toilet wear and tear i think its normal. 2003-2023? 20years old? The wall paper is slightly peeling.

The corridors and room were all clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast was very good. Not extravagant, but very good. The local food was well represented and the quality was good.

The swimming pool was not conducive as there were some repairs happening near the exterior of the nearby gym. There was some hydrocarbon smell around the area. It was either some paint smell or perhaps exhaust coming from a deisel generator nearby. This may be a one off issue. The staff at the pool side were friendly and polite, a definite trait of Westin standards.

staff were courteous and helpful. room size was great. location was awesome as it was accessible to all the malls with plenty of food choices within the vicinity.

A little noisy as it is a high traffic area and was perpetually congested most part of the day/night. Mattress was soft (gives little support) and we think it is time to change new ones. Room was dusty (body was itchy and had a blocked nose throughout our stay).

Room was nice and spacious, decent view, Excellent location across the road from Pavillion Mall, the buffet breakfast at the property was out class, would highly recommend this property. It is sometimes the quality of the hotel, that makes a good trip, great. Will be back.

I wish there was a proper lobby with abundant seating, even the JW next door doesnt have a proper lobby, sure they have many bars and lounges, but nothing beats a proper hotel lobby. Even Novotel and Grand Milennium on Jalan Bukit Bintang have proper lobbies, i think it is a thing with Bonvoy hotels, kill the lobby, replace it with a bar.

Called down to reception/concierge/room service on both nights I stayed and didn’t get an answer either time, I went down on second night and got what I needed in the end but that was a little annoying

The 2 bedroom residence is always our choice and our stays just keep getting better. The residence was perfectly sized. It seems that the 2 bedroom residences have been refurbished as the furniture looks newer. The beds were really heavenly. We kept asking for things like extra floor mats, duvet etc on the first day and each time we got what we asked for with a smile. Housekeeping was attentive and asking if we need anything etc. This time round, we had club access and enjoyed it a lot. The cappuccino served at the Westin club is as good as those at Bukit Bintang. The food served are also of good quality. The bfast buffet was as good as I remembered and with attentive staff waiting on the tables. One thing I noticed this time round are the really warm smiles and friendly staff all around the hotel. Every time we bump into the staff, they would ask us if everything is fine and would greet us ever so warmly.

The shower head. Sometimes when we turn off the shower, the showerhead will fall. It's a safety hazard. Toilet drainage could be improved as it takes time for the water to drain. Hygiene could be improved as we had a duvet and towel with stains and had to asked for them to be changed. They took more than an hour for the duvet to be changed. We arrived at 11am but only got our room slightly after 3pm. This is the first time we got the room so late.
