The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. The staff for this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! The process for parking allocation is so smooth, even our guest also manage to get the visitor parking. Thank you very much.

Overall is okay. But I would like to suggest maybe management can provide more carpet for the property. Any carpet or floor mat for the kitchen area and dining area. It will make the unit look more exclusive and clean.

As others have said the view is excellent. A wide view of water and parkland. No high to block the view. In a city like KL this view is a very definite plus. The fitted unit for clothes is well designed and stylish.

The apartment is very comfortable. The appliances very good. BUT the casual seating is poor. Its far too low. In UK we expect casual seating to be at least knee height - which makes it much easier for our older people to get up. Also the kitchenette lacks a ‘worktop’ where you can prepare foods. This makes it a lot more awkward.

There are 2 bedrooms which are large and comfortable Kitchen is clean and utensils provided You can also cook on top of thqt There are 2 bathrooms with a non colorless door, greatful for that 3 airconds provided The room view is spectacular Highly recommended if want to go with family

The tv is not working, the remote for the tv is missing and the agent unable to help Agent should upgrade his customer service and be friendly towards customers

The room was neat, cozy enough for a night's stay. Bathroom had a walk-in shower/tub concept and overall was clean. Check-in process was smooth and the PIC was very kind in assisting through.

There are 3 cards, one for parking which is paid (RM20 a night), another card for the lift and the third is for the room. Then, the private room is accessible by a key so I found it to be a hassle, having to hold 3 cards that did not properly work due to the sensor but, it's not terrible.

I was glad that I choose to be there.. it only takes a few minutes to arrive pwtc.

Host is friendly and kind. The location is convenient enough, near KLCC and national art gallery. It is a tourist spot. The beds are comfy and both bedroom and living room aircond worked well. There were fridge & freezer, stove and boiler too. Lights in the room are superb.

There were a dozen of cockroaches and toilet's water shower sink didn't work well, it worked slowly. And the sliding doors could not be fully closed and that resulted to not being able to lock the door.

amazing location and amazing view. its a safe neighborhood that is just 5min away from the city and you have an amazing view to all the buildings, like the twin tower. just use the Grab app to book your taxi.

some facilities were not in order. the Jacuzzi was out of order for more than a year. need to pay every time we use the pool

we expected the location to not be super central but that was not the case as you have grab a taxi in KL anyways. room was very nice, tidy and clean. rooftop pool offers great views! there is a convenience store and starbucks in the building.

beware: booking.com does not list the correct address for this. communication with the host / boss of the host is not ideal: we were told all bookings are handelnd on day-to-day basis which means all inquiries you have before the day of your arrival will not be answered.

A great and spacious accommodation. Everything is perfect! There're everything we need. We forgot to bring our slippers but the place is so clear so barefoot is not a problem. The Views from the window are beautiful:) We can see grass, tree around. The location is cool as well. We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could stay longer. Michael, the staff who helped us check-in, is very helpful, kind and cute:) We arrived at midnight and had to wake him up. He welcomed with smiles and helped us shift our luggage when he saw there're a lot. Wifi was very stable and fast. (that really surprised me since I see the rating wasn't high on booking.com). The infinity pool cost RM12 per person, but it's beautiful and worth going.
