That they didn’t tell you in advance that you have to pay for the pool per day. They could’ve at least say that sooner before booking because I assume that most people book this accommodation because of the pool, like we did.

We had a lovely view with fantastic views of the city, was lovely to be able to see the skyline from your bed. The bed was very comfortable and quite large for 2 people. The aircon was also quite good! You had great facilities within the room of a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board!

The location is quite far from the main attractions and commuter transport lines. Although only a 20minute walk to the KLCC, in intense heat this can be very far. We used grab most of the time as it was the easiest. Food options are also quite far away, we found it most difficult to get breakfast, I would recommend doing a shop in a larger supermarket in the city centre so you have options for Breakfast in your room. For lunch and dinner it wasn’t as bad as you could get them while at attractions.

Not near from city center, you need to take a taxi everyday one you go somewhere. Also I’m concerned about the pool new policy, when I stayed before the Top pool was included in the room rate, but now you need to buy a ticket for it every time to use the pool, however you can just add it to the room rate, because it’s just no sense to pay for a facility within the building I’m staying in. The problem that the guy at the pool will not even let you have a look, he will walk to you outside and stand on your way not to go if you don’t have a ticket, then you can just go down and pay 15MR and go back to realise that there’s no vacant sun beds. it’s just nonsense.

Limited time for check in up to 11.30 pm only. I'm traveling from North and unfortunately involved with traffic jam at the highway. Have to drive continuously without stopping for dinner. Luckily I arrived on time.

fast and efficient check in and check out process. spacious space. very love bathroom and bathtub. lift was so fast even though up to 48floor.

my room located just near lift 01. i can hear lift sound every single time when people using lift going up and down. the sound quite noisy and not comfortable especially during night. i wish next time i wnt to be located far from lift. thanks

At night, you can see the Petronas Tower through the viewing deck. They also had a nice outdoor pool. The room was big enough for a family of five and has all the amenities we need.

There was a leak in the bidet and one of the lights were blinking however, the staffs was very helpful that they were able to send someone to fix it.

The view from my room was spectacular. There is even a rooftop pool which you can access for a small fee. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice too.

The only issue is that sometimes, there was an unpleasant smell that made its way inside the room. I’m not sure if it was due to drains or something. It is worth looking into! The smell cleared up though either with the AC or maybe I got used to it. I also would have liked there to be a SMART TV option for the TV. That would’ve made my stay from great to amazing. The location for food is a little inconvenient. You have to walk a little to get to a restaurant. There is a convenience store downstairs which is nice. And you can always have food delivered.

1-first time c..in in rooftop pool with chargeable. I been many rooftop in Kuala Lumpur there is no chargeable…here RM10 for one person.1 hour? when I ask the staff they said complain to management? cannot be…suppose to including all facilities coz we pay for one night stay we not come here go swimming and stay out.. 2-staff also not friendly no smile no greeting c..in at global key. 3-staff pool at level 8 and rooftop not friendly and no smile 3-room cleaning and defect was not check ? -sofa stain and not complete - shower gel mix with water - bathroom door came off - living room ceiling with black tape

Parking was given at P6 whereby i had to round many times to up and come down.. In fact there were many parking empty at p1 and p2. the bathroom bathing shelf is damaged a bit where can not put shampoo and bath gel. Room a bit dusty at shelf.. The Checkout time 11am is too early.. Reason time is 12pm to 1pm..
