We were checked in earlier than scheduled (2 hours early) because they managed to prepare the room early which was extremely amazing as we are a family with multiple luggages so that was perfect. The Lady during breakfast was awesome too. She helped us take away our morning coffee as we had to leave to pack for check out.

The pool area was kind of dark and I wished the glass barrier was tinted and higher as there were construction workers beside the building and they were snooping which was kind of uncomfortable.

Thanks for the hospitality, my room was upgraded from executive pool room to paborama pool suite, very spacious and have great views of KLTower, Twin Towers. The Management of the hotel really took care of the customer - my original room did not have good view.. The room was ckean and the staff was friendly. The Skydeck and the breakfast buffet were also superb.

The noise of the aircon or something at night. Sounds spooky but we know its the aircon or pipe sound.

A wonderful hotell with fantastic views. From the moment you set foot in the Hotel from the moment we checked out the level of customer service was flawless. Close to Bukit Bintang and the closest MRT station was less than a 5 minute walk. The facilities are fantastic. The pool on level 51 was impressive and the adjacent sky deck was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a large choice of Indian, Asian and Western food. The suites was large and had every appliances you need. The view from the living room was fantastic, especially at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at Imperial Lexis was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. For 4 days seeing them with their smile, smile and smile. Love them. Even the staff at the spa was perfect. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The mini bar items in the fridge are FREE! Complimentary. The first hotel that I came across with free can drinks and bottles of juices. Oh my, I’m quite surprised. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting KL.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to KLCC Menara 118 and KL Tower, making it easy to explore the area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed the pool, skydeck, room service which added to the overall experience. The view from Skydeck on Level 51 was absolutely spectacular. Breakfast at Roselel Coffee House was delightful and left me feeling completely satisfied. Dinner at Umi Japanese Restaurant on Level 52, with its stunning view of KLCC, was nothing short of amazing. To top it off, chilling out at the Satellite Bar & Restaurant on Level 53 was a fantastic experience. I will definitely come again!

I hope they will offer a great promotion, perhaps something that allows guests early check-in or late check-out. Or perhaps they could provide a shuttle service for guests to enjoy a night tour around Kuala Lumpur.

Design of the room, complimentary mini bar as well the fruits platter for our anniversary, friendly staffs, variety of breakfast offers as well the choices of the restaurants at the hotel. We didn’t need to go far to have rooftop bar as well fine dining experience when we could just head to the upper levels. Definitely would come back!

At first we got a room with no view and facing the construction I supposed that’s the back of the hotel and quite disappointed as I already stated it was for my husband’s birthday trip and anniversary. Went to the reception, staff’s name Dinesh quickly resolved it within a second and gave us new corner room with much better view. Thanks a lot to Dinesh and Darshini for prompt assistance 👍🏻

Last week i stayed at a Imperial Lexis KL where the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering thoughtful amenities and local recommendations. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring my room was spotless. What really stood out was their willingness to accommodate special requests with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

One of the best staycation I've ever stayed with my wife. My expectations were just normal but they've exceeded my expectations in terms of hospitality and how nice the hotel is. Check in was pretty interesting and fast. One thing you'll immediately notice is how attentive and friendly the staff are. They are prepared to help you in any way they can or they just simply say hello just to be friendly and attentive which is very good and welcoming. Our room was very nice. Good space and the famous private swimming pool was awesome. Everything in the mini bar is free and refillable if you stay more than one night. The staff took the time to explain the functions in your room from switches to the amenities. Air conditioning is good. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The swimming pool was awesome and the highlight of the room. Can swim day or night, it's still a nice swim and I'm sure kids will love it. Breakfast buffet was great as well. Not all are nice but breakfast spreads are tasty enough if you choose wisely.

Maybe the only thing I noticed in the room that is not up-to-date is the TV. They don't have Netflix and it's not Android TV. It's a smart TV that has limited apps. They do have live channels and YouTube but you have to find it under the Apps category. That's my only small complaint.
