My stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. The view from windows was breathtaking,adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. My heart felt thanks to the house keeping staff MR Yam for making my stay incredible ,comfortable and enjjoyble.Every single day my room was impeccable spotless clean.Yams attention to details was outstanding. From fresh linen sheets to the perfectly arrange toiletries .everything was well organised to perfection.The house keeping crew especially Yam take great pride in his work. Thanks to his hard work and dedication . I highly recomendation to this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable and pleasant experience. The Restaurant staff were amazing. Located within Bukit Bintang, within walking distance to Pavillion KL (less than 10 minutes) and KLCC (30 minutes). 24-hour reception & security; professional courteous & attentive staff; clean accommodation; breakfast buffet offered good variety.

Traffic congestion during the weekends 10am to midnight. If needing drop off or pick up by taxi during this time, add 30 minutes into the travel time to get through the road congestion.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was great, would have been better if there was some variety over the week eg swap pancakes for waffles. Staff service was excellent at breakfast and room cleaning.

Quote for pre booking a taxi through Dorsett was three times the cost of booking a taxi directly from the street. The 2nd bathroom shower was very small, the shower curtain kept falling down which was inconvenient.

Location was brilliant. Easy walking to most lications, ie Pavillion, Jalan Aloor, Petronis Towers. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had a lively room, 2 bedroom for iur 4 person family. Awesome. Breakfasts were sensational.

Location, cleanliness and staff

Lacking in utilities, no detergent provided, no wineglasses etc. There is a full kitchen and dining set but lack of kitchen utensils such as scissors. A dryer/washing machine but no detergent provided. No one is going to buy a full bottle of detergent for a couple of nights stay.

Ray Makeshwar / house keeping assistant was so extremely polite, friendly & assisted us so much… Was so lovely to see a true Malaysian in him. Always with a smile on his face and great customer service attitude. A very pleasant disposition.

Convenient

Excellent location with all the facilities. We enjoyed the stay at Dorsett. The buffet breakfast also amazing. Will Definitely stay here again. Highly recommended if any one coming with family and looking for a comfy stay with luxury services.

The location was brilliant, the bedroom sizes was good and clean and comfortable. There was enough space for our group of 4. The cleaning staff very efficient.

If there were more pillows softer pillows available. And if washing machine cloths cleaning liquid was available.

Location was Awesome just around the corner from Pavillon Shopping Centre & easy access to monorail

Queen Bed is a DOUBLE BED (heads up) & Toilet was blocked in main bathroom (maintenance came & fixed it but I had to clean up water all over floor. Breakfast was OK
