The location of this property is strategically located just under 10 minutes of walk from KL sentral. The location is also within walking distance to so many offices. Just a mere stone's throw away, you have NU Sentral where you get usual go-to mall retail stores such as coffee bean, starbucks, uniqlo, sam's groceria, mixue, NU Sentral food court at Level 3, etc. The unit itself is quiet and the bed is really comfortable. Even a person who has trouble sleeping like me finds it comfortable as well. The floors are super clean, no infestation of cockroaches and that sort.

The loft was tucked upstairs for privacy but the steps are a tad steep. I only wish they can install a banister/rail for better grip while going up/down the steps. Some of the wooden furniture boards have started to come off through they can be fixed up using liquid nails. The electric kettle was not cleaned properly as it gave off stale smells. So had to boil water using the sauce pan. Other than that, I have no issues with this unit.

Went to Kuala Lumpur for bussiness trip . Was looking for apartment since im bringing my husband and my kids . Luckily i found this airbnb that is nearby LRT . Just a few minutes walk you can reach LRT station (one station away from KL sentral) , convienience store , ATM , restaurant .. This apartment have kitchen (few kitchen utensils available), balcony (no smoking eventho have balcony) , washing machine (you need to buy your own detergent) , TV (Netflix and Youtube , need to log in your own account) , swimming pool and gym (at level 9) , bathroom (shampoo and body soap available) , cleaning supplies (trash can , trash bag , broom available) , hairdryer , ironing board and iron , few hanger for your clothes (might need to opt extra) , microwave . This apartment is loft high ceiling . Your bedroom will be upstairs while your dining/kitchen/living room and toilet will be downstairs . For family of 4 , this apartment is suitable Although the apartment is nearby the train station , there will be few minutes gap of train sounds/moving everynight . Luckily my family is light sleeper . We dont mind of loud noise from the train . Reminder , there will be some snack and beverages available to buy in the apartment . Will be deducted when your deposit reimbursed The host/staff was very helpful and kind to me and my family . Fast reply through whatsapp . This place have good security . No outsider can go in and out without access card . Very good place to stay for short and long term . My apartment was 11-06 which is suitable for me . You can opt for higher level if you wanted to have city view (depend on availablity) . Thankyou EST , will repeat booking here again in the future.

-The stairs is narrow and dangerous . Need to install few railing so that we can be alert while going up and down the stairs -Standby at least small fan in the loft bedroom , eventhough there is aircond but it wont keep the apartment cool during the day , the loft bedroom is hot in afternoon Other than these . Everything is good .

As I stepped into this unit 25-22A, it welcomed me with clean and tidy floors. The furniture was tucked away nicely in their proper place which I appreciate. The bathrooms were clean and the bed is comfortable. Units with even numbers were hotter in the day time as the run rises from there but it's something I appreciate as I get to sun my clothes after washing. You need to get your own clothes line though.

The toilet seat was broken, the wiping cloth was torn, yellowed and so smelly, the dish washing sponge was moldy and smelly. These are things the cleaners did not check for any spoilt items and report back to the landlord yet renting it out to the next tenant. I have made the complaint and thankfully the landlord responded back and have the spoilt items changed during my stay. The landlord must be better at this and have to ensure the cleaners focus on cleanliness thoroughly before renting it out again. The AC unit has dust smells whenever it's switched on. They need to ensure AC maintenance is done too as the AC unit is not as cold as it's expected to be.

The beds were super comfy. Folks who usually have trouble sleeping whenever they are away from home will find this unit 11-06 very quiet and nice. This is important when you need a good night's rest after a long day. Amenities are close by and there's a direct link bridge from the building to the LRT Bank Rakyat Station. One stop away from KL Sentral and 1 stop away from Abdullah Hukum station where there's KL Eco City, The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley Mall where you do your shopping.

The view for this unit wasn't great since this unit at this floor is blocked by another building. If you are not bothered by any city skylines or views; just a place to rest, then this particular unit is good. The other thing is the host could have installed a higher railing up the bedroom as it's quite low and it can be dangerous if we are not careful. Suggestion to the host to install a higher railing to avoid unforeseen accidents.

Connection to Bangsar LRT Station, ample space, good facilities overall, helpful and friendly staff, good cleaning, good security, comfortable bed and sofa bed, good wifi connection.

The bannister on the upper deck is dangerously low and completely unsafe for both children and adults. A few more facilities/supplies would make it a better stay, including: bathroom floor mat, kitchen towel, spoons (there was only one), toaster, complimentary water on arrival. The place is comfortable overall, but a rug in the living space would make it much more comfortable and pleasant, especially for longer stays. There is not much around the immediate vicinity within walking distance, but atleast transport via LRT is very easy.

The unit 23-17 was a good unit. The host is responsive to all my questions and made the whole checking in-out process smooth. The first impression of this unit was clean & tidy. The bed is comfortable and I was able to sleep well which usually having a good night sleep doesn't sit well with me especially when I travelling. The security deposit was promptly credited to my account on the same day I checked out, which is good.

The only flipside is that there's no laundry detergent provided while there's a washing machine. I did ask the host for it but unfortunately, the host told me it was not provided. Other that that, nothing else I could have thought off.

The unit offered to me this time round met my overall expectations. Floors, were clean, Furniture were in tip top condition. The unit itself was cooler to other unit I stayed before then. The kettle was not smelly as compared to the other unit which is good.

While this unit was clean, there were some baby cockroaches crawling around the kitchen area. That is something I did not appreciate. The frying pans (2 of them) really needs to be changed. The condition is horrible. I don't think it very expensive to change 2 new frying pans.

Hospitality was quite impressive and the coordinator Ms.Dayah approached us and made our check in and checked out super cool and she helped us instantly if we needed anything. The location was prime , you can access good restaurants and shopping in little india which is 500 meters from the property. Overall it was a good experience and I will visit again for sure !

If we stay more than 4 days means kindly arrange some cleaning staff to clean the apartment. Since we are not able to do such things .

The second time. The 13-21 is a clean unit. Everything was tucked in its place nicely and there's no clutter. Something I appreciated. The beds were comfortable and despite being on the lower floor, the traffic noise is very minimal. The location of this property is very convenient as it's near to the LRT station (Bank Rakyat Bangsar) and it's shaded all the way to the apartment. Under 10 minutes, getting to KL Sentral is a breeze where the transportation hub is there, various F&B outlets.

Nothing I did not like.

Very comfortable. No smoking inside, but can smoke at the balcony. Friendly for both smokers and non smokers. The facilities are amazing. Lot of snacks with good prices.

Bidet water pressure was not good. It’s to harsh and hurting people lol. My partner got dust allergies but wasn’t so bad.
