Spacious, clean room, with great views of the city. In a very good central location. Check in was very quick and smooth, the agent was already waiting for us in reception when we arrived. Our check out time was 6am, so the agent told us just to leave the key in reception. Sky pool area has only few beds, but it wasn't too busy at the time we went there, so we really enjoyed the swim with a nice view. In general very good place to stay.

Our room had a connecting door to another room, so if neighbours are a bit louder that could be disturbing because you can hear everything.

The apartment itself is in a great location with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. If you are looking for a long stay, we stayed here for 9 nights and it felt well catered for. We saw reviews of no hot water but there is a switch in the bedroom (large switch going into the bathroom) which heats the water up. You do have to let it heat up for around 15 minutes.

There was a smell from the bathroom but we found it was worse on certain days. We ended up doing a wash and dry with rhe washing machine and it cleared the smell straight away. We did find that it must of been stagnant water from this pipe that created the smell. Best off just putting rhe washing machine on for a quick spin and it clears it up. If you were planning on cooking inside the apartment, you have two hobs for pan cooking. The microwave is a grill as well so all good there. It does lack other cooking facilities though I.e toaster etc

1) payment process // not stated accurately in booking.com. very complicated payment process. Ask me to pay on the spot and told me it wont use booking.com payment but why ? And asked us to fill in credit card details at booking.com for fun ? And what if i were charged to pay twice ? And yet i still haven't received the refund for deposit. 2) slow checkin and check out process. Need to call the person in charge for check in and out. They doesn't have a physical location and proper counter. While there were many counters there at the lobby. 3) ask to provide a receipt/ invoice but no replies in the chat. Dunno wat to do with this. // Please help to issue please 🙏🙏

Reasonable price, good view, peaceful and close to interesting places...

The price listed on the website is fixed. When it arrives, there is an extra damage deposit refund. But no refund is made. No bath towels, no iron board, hair dryer not working. Who should I contact then.. I hope it gets fixed again.

Beautiful room in the city centre, good location. We booked a room with city view and it was definitely worth it. Also beautiful rooftop pool.

At first they gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, but they came to give us a new room within a few minutes so it was okay. We had a cockroach in the bathroom once.

Coordinator met up with me at the lobby. He was easy to deal with.

Hidden charges like tax, credit card fees, etc. The elevator was also not the smartest and fastest.

Room was clean and comfortable, a water filter was provided, and the rooftop pool was really nice. The location is close to the Petronis Twin Towers.

This room is run by a separate company from the hotel - someone comes to meet you to give you the lift pass and take payment. Didn't realise this when booking (we had stayed here before).

The iron and hair dryer is provide which is very good

It's a little bit confusing, not knowing whether I should be checking in at reception or waiting for someone to WhatsApp me and then not even knowing who I'm meant to pay. It ended up being very simple, pick up the key at reception and then the host came up to the room later to take payment. He could only take cash though!

Host could only take cash, would have been nice to know that beforehand. Washing machine did not work and even though he came to check it out, he didn't get it working in the 2 days we were there.

I stayed in apartment 43A-10 which is on the 44th floor but is labeled as 43A. Out of the floor to ceiling windows was the view of the Four Seasons and Stars/Ascot building, with the tips of the Petronas Towers overhead. And to the side was the KL Tower. I loved the city lights at night of which the major buildings turn off the lights at midnight. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There’s two AC units and two ceiling fans but some of the light switches are behind the wardrobe so hard to find. I loved the water filter and washer. The shower had great pressure but make sure to turn on the hot water switch which is not labeled. It’s the largest switch on the left of the panel of switched. The views from the pool are beautiful, the wine bar on the 48th floor is cute and there’s many other facilities in the building that rarely get used but they are there: karaoke room, business center, game room, outdoor garden, on-site hidden restaurant in the car park.

There’s no clothes drying rack for your laundry or shower towel. I asked the host to provide that and he said no. If you want to use the elevator between 10am and 12-noon, it can take 15-25 minutes for it to stop on the floor for you to go up or down. My floor was often skipped when the elevator was going down so I learned to press the up button, just to get in it, and the. ride it down after it went up to the top. I loved the pool but there’s only 4 lounge chairs with backs that don’t adjust and the two double seats where you can sit up. The pool water was cold so I didn’t spend as much time as I would have liked.
