The staff is first and foremost amazing, from Faizal and team at the reception, to Harry in the club lounge and chef Adrian. My wife is gluten free and currently pregnant and the staff made sure my wife could find food and made her special food as well. really felt taken care of. thank you Crown Plaza staff! Besides that, the hotel and location is great, a few restaurants, marts and spas around.

the location is great, yet not walkable for everyone I would presume as you have to cross a larger road and not all sidewalk towards KLCC are fixed/in good shape. It didnt bother us too much (mid 30s couple) but this might be a point for others. The pool is relaxing and has a good view, just know that there is no service there (no F&B).

Absolutely outstanding stay – 10/10! This hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything was super modern, from the stylish interiors to the state-of-the-art facilities. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to everything. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and felt brand new. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect during my stay. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch – everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ll definitely be back. From the moment we arrive we were welcome by the fantastic front of house staff. Every member of staff within this hotel is a credit to it, they are knowledgeable and friendly. The ladies in the Rhymba cafe were extremely kind. Breakfast at this hotel is exceptional staff in the merchant restaurant were excellent. We can not fault any part of this hotel. After travelling around Asia for the last 6 week's this was needed. If you need a hotel in kuala lumpur, pick this it is Fantastic 10/10. There are too many names to mention it is easier to say every member of the staff security, restaurant,concierge, reception, housekeeping and the management were exceptional. Thank you for a lovely experience and stay. We will be back

The room was comfortable and very clean. The lifts are super fast and service was very good. My wife had food poisoning from another restaurant in town. So the night staff offered to call a doctor or take her to the hospital. However she got better in the morning and got ready to check out. At exactly 12noon we got a call from the reception, not for us to check out but to ask if we would like a late check out as the morning manager came to know my wife was unwell and if she would like to rest more…. This will be the most endearing moment of our stay in any hotel. Humanity restored

This hotel is newly opened (opened mid Dec) and will fully open in mid Feb. I was given a spacious room with beautiful views of the city (facing away from Petronas Twin Towers). Amenities were provided except the hairdryer which I had to request for. Staffs were really polite and friendly, although the housekeeping staff I interacted with was the only one who could not understand much English. The hotel is located a walking distance away from the twin towers and have food areas nearby that are usually open for dinner onwards. There are also several malls in the twin tower area.

The hotel is very very new, so there were several teething issues: housekeeping door sign did not light up, housekeeping missed my room on one of the days, electricity for power sockets went out on one of the days, room air conditioning didn’t seem to respond when I changed the temperature / fan speed, extremely slow service at the hotel lobby cafe / restaurant. Despite these issues, the management was quite receptive to feedback and I appreciated their positive attitude too. I’m also positive that they will work through these issues in time for their big opening in Feb, and eventually one of the choice hotels in the area.

The room is large and arranged with modern look.

Aircon was too cold and the panel to set the temperature was just for decoration, I had to call to complain two times before the technician managed to rise the temperature from the internal of the aircon system. At the check-in the hotel informed I have 20% of discount for food ordered a la card. At my checkout, the discount was not applied as the front desk had not the feedback from the restaurants and need to check further. I disappointed renounced to the discount as I had to rash to the airport!!

Very clean and comfortable beds. The room was very spacious, large TV, good interior design, and large bathroom space. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and private, which gave you a very good view of KL, which was stunning at night! Overall, it's a very good 5* hotel with a great night sleep!

The hotel was not close to a convenience store (closest 711 was 15 mins walk away), which we typically find useful. However, you could definitely get a grab to any location very easily. For Malaysia, this is a premium hotel that comes with a premium cost, but the facilities and the room were value for money.

Breakfast was very busy and the western options were limited; we had it on the first day but didn't go back for the second and third morning. I expected better in terms of choice and quality. The bacon is fake, chicken sausage and both were not replenished so i waited a long time for not very nice food. The egg station was busy as a member of staff was standing there with around 10 orders from other tables. I ended up just having toast and fruit. Quite far from the nearest metro Views from some rooms are poor - at the back of the hotel it is surrounded by large buildings so it kind of feels closed in but we spent little time in the room so it didn't bother us.

As it was a new hotel, the property is still in good condition. Well managed and maintained. All the staff were friendly and I could say they have a mindset that wants to serve the people. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the quality is great. The room is spacious, clean and full with up to date furnitures such as wireless charging ports. The facilities are average as any other hotel.

i stayed in about 10 hotels in my KL 7weeks trip and here 4 days was pretty ok. Opened 15/12/2023 so still in testing phase. breakfast was overall very good. We had dinner there 3 evenings and we can say food there is pretty good taste. Thanks chef! pool on 33rd floor has a good view but I can get very windy and you almost want to leave. Cold water in pool and jacuzzi. no sauna. Breakfast staff is ok but they can get better. aircon in room impossible to set up for the right temperature. Needs to be fixed. Also And a bit loud when is on. Soundproof is not done well. Somehow through the window frame you can hear people next door so when hotel gets busy this can get annoying for guests as they hear each other. So be aware of this. Everything else is very good.
