Staffs are very friendly, warm, helpful & polite. They did their best to keep us comfortable during our stay.
TV has no signal; but we don't watch it anyway. The doormat at the toilet should be for the entrance door as it doesn't absorb water.

The facilities is too poor .the bathroom too small. the sink is very dangerous because it's damage...the bed in the room not rearrange so good.not like in the photo...

I like the location - it is near to many tourist attractions and Merdeka Plaza Mall. It is easy to get breakfast, so many choices. You can get quick food too at night, just go downstairs.
Fix the door for family suite - the key has become too loose. I thought OYO hotels will provide toiletries - need shampoo. Invest on better towels - they don't absorb water.

Huge beds but not comfortable...Not clean
The environment not comfortable. A toiler just cover with a curtain. Very small toilet/bathroom.. Room condition so smelly. Only 1 socket and facilities not function. Floor very dirty, few gum stick on floor. A picture display on website is totally different from the actual room. So dissappointed when travel from long away and tired, then get poor room

i ask for a room for 4 person , i booked the room but when we reach there the staff give us a room for 3 person and we're just too tired to argue about it and we paid the room exactly for 4 person but we got a 3 room instead?? beside, we need to rang the bells for many times at the receptionist and none of the staff show up lol. ridiculous
