The room was excellent.

The car park fee for the same building is expensive and need to park in next building which cumbersome.

Didn't meet the host for check in. The host will send msg in WhatsApp on how to collect the key and parking info. Good service from the host, they will reply msg less than 10 minutes for any enquiry, which is very good.

The facilities are comfortable and good. The staff are also friendly. Thanks.

Parking is at another building.. the parking machines sometimes are stuck and cant read the card.. but overall is good.

1. Carpet tends to cause tripping especially the office chair moving also when walking to the sitting or bed. 2. The shower head leaks & flows out of direction. (may be could just replaced) 3. W.C's handheld bidet will be good to have press control rather than control from valve directly. Suggestion: It would be great if the parking fee could be subsidised... perhaps 50%?

1. Check in & out: Easy, Simple & Quick. Will receive a message via WhatsApp of the mail box to retrieve 2 room card keys n room password. Parking; Park at Jaya (AIA Building next door, RM 2 per entry when check in n upon check out, they collect another RM 5/exit) as The Pines parking isn't free n very expensive. 2. Bedroom: Impressive! - Spacious room with 2 single beds, 1 queen beds, 1 sofa bed facing TV n 2 futon beds which can easily fit 6 person. But I don't suggest sleeping on the sofa bed as it's not firm anymore. The midsection is sinking but for this price... no complaints as I only come in 4pax so won't need a sofa bed so it's great enough. - Quietness: Great We all had a good night sleep. Amenities: - Pantry area with water filter tap, a water cooler for hot & cold water which is really good 👍 & convenient, microwave, water boiler n cutleries provided, cups, plates n small bowl are provided. No need to boil water for hot drinks unless U need piping hot coffee. (Coffee & Tea, creamer n sugar sachet provided so you can opt for healthy non sugar morning drinks .. ) Only thing is... no tissue provided - Hair dryer, USB plug (inside the drawer), iron n iron board too if not mistake - No slippers but I brought my own as usual. The floor is pretty cold with aircond on of course. 3.. Cleanliness: 5 star Top notch spotless, clean smooth floors n every part is so clean U don't find dusty sights. - Clean & 5 stars beautiful toilet, no foul smells. There's shampoo & shower gel provided but I think they forgot the toilet roll. Good water pressure n temperature too. 4: Comfort: 5 stars Comfy beds (queen size is firm, single beds are soft but good, both my kids sleep so well so do me n my mom), the comforter is thick enough for aircond room. 5. Aircond: Great condition 6. View: Panoramic Facing the river n Kg Melayu esp at night. It's beautiful ❤️.

Lovely view and great location by the river. Malacca river cruise station is a 3 minutes walking distance away. Kg Mortem is just across the river. Easy check in/out process.

Parking is at the next building(Jaya 99) and you have to pay for it. It was quite difficult to get a parking lot at level 2. You have to go to level 5. And there is no covered walkway to the Pines from Jaya 99 which is abt 30m.

The room was huge with ample space. Really helpful having a sink and fridge in the room too. Storage space is also plenty.

We had some Wi-Fi issues, but the staff was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and came over to our room quickly to resolve the problem. I’m very impressed by the level of customer service they provide.

The room just enough for 7 person of us. With 1 queen bed. 2 single bed.. also have 2 set of futon bed n xtra pillow.. room was clean.. complete kitchen. Satisfied. Located middle of town.. 10 min to Jonker Walk by car. Hotel room n apt used same lift. Swimming pool so big..

Queen bed not comfy compared with single bed. Parking space located at the opposite building. Rain shower cant used.

what I like here about this house. orderly neatly arranged. clean. facilities are close by.. ready to have the best game while taking a break from playing games.take care of this montum, this kind of cleanliness. The whole family likes it and we will definitely come again, tq alviv group😍

Everything! It’s a beautiful room, big, clean, with many amenities. 10 min walk to Jonker Street. Beautiful view of the river. Highly recommend, it’s amazing!
