First time try stay at silverscape,level 38 was awesome but scared when look down😂so far everything is ok everything is fine except the floor feels sandy, maybe the cleaner doesn't sweep cleanly. the view is very beautiful and the unit is very spacious.. many beds, fit for 8 pax. comfortable mattress, washing machine hose for water coming out after washing is torn, need to change a new one, but I went to buy cable tied to tie it because I need to use a washing machine to wash the children's clothes, one more thing, two rooms have bathtubs, the children really like to play in the water and bathe in the bathtub. the elevator is a little slow and you have to wait a little long. overall unit big, just need to prepare a broom to sweep the floor and also mop. at least the tenant can sweep and mop😊thank you.. a deposit of Rm200 is required for the unit here. if people with a sufficient budget, may not be able to rent.

It was a great short stay in Malacca during Ramadhan. The service was superb starting from booking procedure, smooth check in and check out process and double thumbs up for the cleanliness of the unit. This unit was minimalist but comes with complete house and kitchen equipment. The guidelines accessing to the unit was comprehensive with video which really helpful, easy to follow and the host was responsive to any enquiries or request made. The price was reasonable. Overall, I will definitely return to this place in the future and surely will recommend it to all my circle of contacts who wish to have a good stay with beautiful view of Malacca Strait💕

The bath mats should be replaced with non slip bath mats. Currently they were recycle bath towel 😊

Our whole family had an awesome experience staying in this apartment of i-Housing, Host was super good n it is a must stay place. Peaceful sleep with wonderful beds n good view, toilet was big n beautiful with bath tub n view, u have a mini kitchen, washing machine n refrigerator, spacious balcony with good sea view n you could just fall asleep on the sofa. Overall rating is more than 5 stars n worth for the money... I'm coming back for a longer stay soon😍

The lift was slow other then that no issues.

I appreciate the host and his team for being attentive to the concerns and problems we raised. They went the extra mile by providing us with a new room when the Wi-Fi in our initially assigned unit wasn't functioning. Their accommodating and gracious attitude was truly commendable.

Location - where is not too crowded and easy access to 7-Eleven, safety & security (while some may find the process of getting the key /check-in is tedious) & cleanliness. The WiFi internet is at the top class! (Using Time.com.my is a reliable internet provider)

It’s not so much that the host can control; the design of the building (the access to the elevators) is a bit not friendly. The lift landing is not a bit dark. As shared, this is beyond the host's control.

The management of the residence. The lift elevator very slow, have to wait for almost 40minutes since we are from 34th floor 😅 and the parking card that we received from the owner cannot be use & have to deal with the parking management. lot of work need to settle for the card parking

The view was amazing. We saw sunset and sunrise from here. Fresh air when woke up. Apartment was clean. Got 3bedroom and 2bathroom got bathtub from 3bathroom. Very recommended for big family.

Long waiting for lif. Among 5/6 lif there only 2/3 can be use. The other was on maintenance. Easily confuse with tower A and B.

Totally love this room , especially the view and the staff. My kids loving this place a lot and was super excited when they can enjoy the balcony sea view and bathtub , that’s why I booked again and also recommended to my friend
