The location is everything that makes this hotel good. The access you have is great and you have the beach right across the street. Staff are very helpful and kind. WiFi is good in rooms. We extended our stay by 4 nights, as I found the Hotel better than the rest on Chenang beach for the price.

It is very busy, but that's okay for me, as I like that. You cannot use the roof bar unless you have breakfast or are part of a group, which was a shame, as this could be a great plus. You are located just by a road that people can drive up and down all night, which can be very loud.

Nice hotel very well located, just in front of the main place of the beach and a taxi/grab stop. Rooms are quite big, as the bed.

The corridor between rooms is quite noisy (you can hear people passing around). Shower is "asiatic style", with no separation with the rest of the bathroom. Breakfast a bit poor, with lack of variety enough, but acceptable.

Rooms were spacious & Clean. The location of the hotel is awsome, right in front of the beach & near bustling market. The front desk staff was very courteous & helpful.

The breakfast could have been varied. Though we are non veg eaters, it was OK for us, but the dishes served on both the days was same. I was wondering what would a vegetarian eat at breakfast, would not recommend a vegetarian friend to stay here as the option was limited to bread & jam. Secondly, there was no pre-filled water bottle kept in the room when we checked in, though a hot/cold water dispenser was near our door.

Hotel location excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room very spacious. Tour bookings and water activities could be booked in hotel foyer at reasonable prices.

The breakfast could have included some western options such as fried eggs and spreads including real butter and another bread option. Room had space for bar fridge but no fridge supplied and we really missed having a fridge for milk, cool drinks etc in such hot weather. Towels need to be replaced as they have definitely reached their expired date and color more grey than white. Also very inconvenient having to call reception for hairdryer, had to make do without it. Ironing in corridor was a new experience but at least an iron was available and luckily quite near our room door.

Near to the beach, ATM, Cenang Mall and a lot of restaurants near the hotel.

Would be perfect if the room have a refrigerator.

It was nearest to the cenang beach. There was a water filter. So I got filled my water bottles from there. The electricity connection was based on the card key to reduce waste.

There were somethings that I believe could be improved. The AC in our room was dripping water. So it affected my luggage. My luggage was dripping wet. Secondly every time we have to ask the room service and remind them to clean the room. The staff washed the cutlery in washroom 🤮

The location with beachfront, hot place for night time, nearby store , restaurant, under water world langkawi, easy to reach from airport, many activities can be done including massage center.

The towel is smelly, but the staff so fast to come to change us for a new towel. However still suggesting to other traveller to bring their own towel or buy it form nearby store. also the bath and shampoo provided by the hotel is not the best one. they just put something in the toilet for the sake of 'as long as we put something' inside the toilet.

The hotel is at the center of the Cenang beach, where you can walk to any direction and still has enough stamima to walk back to hotel. The hotel design is quite new, look like 4 or 5 years of age only. My room comes with clothes iron and its board, really handy when preparing attire for business meetings or conferences. Bathroom's water pressure is strong. The staffs are friendly, responsive and polite.

The hair dryer needs to be requested separately and there is very few of them being shared among the customers. Also, there is no electrical socket found near the bed. The nearest ones are at the table a few meters away.

I have stayed in this hotel in Deluxe Room for multiple times. This hotel is the most easy access to the Cenang beach, since its just in front of the hotel. Price of the room are affordable and spacious ! Overall, i really enjoyed my self staying in this Hotel. Ground floor, there's a self service Laundry, just need to pay with tokens to wash clothes. In Case people dont bring alot of wears in Langkawi :) To whoever love to watch Fire show in the evening, this is the best hotel to stay EVER ! Room are always clean too. Car park available at the back side of this hotel for guests (in case you rent a car).

Probably to upgrade the Hair Dryer.
