New , clean , strategic location

a staff at the front office ( a girl with specs working at 12pm on the 31st August ) was rude . we asked nicely for a late check out however she could have been a little less rude to us . we loved our stay but that particular person needed a course in hospitality .

The hotel is right next to IOI City Mall. I booked it specifically because I wanted to go shopping. We received a warm welcome from the staff, who also provided us with a welcome drink. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is still very new, but there are areas where improvements could enhance guest comfort: 1.The lobby area was excessively noisy with loud music and guests playing games. While I don't mind the games, management might consider lowering the music volume to make conversations easier. 2. In my opinion, the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable; I woke up with a bad back pain. On the bright side, the quilt was amazing! 3. The glass door in the bathroom meant to separate the wet and dry areas didn't work properly. The dry area flooded whenever we took a shower. 4. There's only a water sprayer and no hand bidet near the toilet, which was quite inconvenient.

location - linked to mall, self-service laundry, comfy gym with a view help for a longer stay. always choose the twin booster room for more space. (booster twin is BIGGER than booster queen actually). connecting rooms available, so we connected both these types of rooms. added touches for family fun. fantastic singing duo every evening

Overall is great ,the food is nice, the room is nice, the bed is nice, lots of area to hang my stuff and clothes. The security is good where we can only choose the level in lift if we are provided the key only. Staffs are friendly and ready to help at the front desk. And I love the idea of the relaxing area at first floor where the guests can have a little rest at first floor

The water from the bath cubicle easily leaks through bottom of the door towards the toilet bowl area, so it's kinda wet everywhere on the floor after bath when I want to use the hair dryer. Maybe can consider improve on the seal on bottom of the door for the bath cubicle.

Our stay at Moxy Putrajaya was truly exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially with their generous room decorations at no extra cost. Their kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly memorable. They exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Not only is the location strategic, being close to IOI Mall, but the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were impressed by the staff's attention to detail and their willingness to make our stay special. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic & fun hotel experience!

Probably the toilet, no bidet spray. Other than that, all good. 👌

This is my second time staying at Moxy Hotel Putrajaya, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are simple but beautiful and modern. The location is very strategic, right next to a shopping mall, making it very convenient for us. One of the highlights for us is the large swimming pool, which is perfect for the kids to enjoy. Additionally, the staff are always smiling and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, I am very pleased with Moxy Hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

A very vibrant hotel with young enthusiastic friendly staff to match. A Marriott hotel unlike the others meant for the younger generation though we (nearly 5-series in age couple) did appreciate the unique quality and didn't find it gaudy at all. Compared to nearby hotels the rates are a bit steep though the location is definitely more strategic and convenient which is what we are paying extra for. Valet parking is RM26 per day- a good rate as well. We arrived early but was allowed to check-in since the room was available- a huge thank you.

The staff who checked us in was really kind and helpful, allowing for early check in which we truly appreciated..it really set the whole experience on a positive and good note as we were really exhausted from the travel. Staff generally are attuned to the needs and prompt on our request. The surprise cake to celebrate our anniversary was really a kind gesture too! The drinks bartender made excellent drinks (non alcoholic) and friendly too! Location is excellent. Loved the facilities and location.

There was a little hiccup at checkout as I was charged for an extra bed when it was not requested or provided. But that was quickly addressed which I appreciated. Perhaps the billing or extra charges should have been notified prior to deduction for confirmation as only upon request did I realise the overcharge. Otherwise it would have gone unnoticed. But aside from that minor hiccup, excellent hotel!

Love the whole ambiance of the place with its refreshing theme, unlike most hotels with a more formal feeling. Me and my friend finds the hotel to be very chill and relaxing, from the lobby to the hotel room and even the outside surrounding. The breakfast buffet is in a very affordable price for walk-in, with lots of food varieties. The most attractive reason is also because of the very close proximity to IOI shopping mall, merely connecting to the hotel. i even love the whole interior desgn of the hotel.

the room is a little bit tight esp for muslims to pray, and my bags did not fit the space compartments below the beds. so its a little cramp for 2 person. Also the lack of wardrobe closet is a big down side

I didn't like the chongkak that only hv 6 holes. i used to play with 7 holes. hahaha
