Large and very clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful beach and garden. We had a barbecue in the evening on the shore. Quiet and peaceful. Extremely kind and responsive hosts. They installed nets on the windows especially for us so that we could sleep with an open window. In two weeks we toured the entire island and I was convinced that this was the best place to stay. I strongly recommend.

It is the best place for the people to find beautiful ,serene and quiet beaches. The hospitality of the host is tremendous.. As the name suggest....pretty awesome to mesmerised the beauty of sunset just in front of your room...as the private beach is clean, and very close by to your room.. The WIFI and telephone reception is good ...A good place to do your working from home :) Nice and beautiful landscape.. Insha Allah will come back again... One of good gem and beautiful place in Langkawi..

This was an excellent property for our stay as family in a reasonable price. The beach is close by with soft sands and safe for children and family with shallow waters. It is not crowded with people and activities and the location is ideal for someone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Located away from the main activity centers of Langkawi. Getting there on a taxi is an additional expense which can get pricey. But still worth the visit for someone who likes calm and less crowded place for good relaxation and privacy with family.

convenient location with lot of restaurant around. The room was clean, spacious and very near to the beach. We saw some hornbills in the trees, a gorgeous sunset, a lot of stars in the sky at night. Our little boy played the whole day on the beach. We had a very pleasant time.

The beach was a bit dirty early in the morning but can't help it, right? Plastic bottles are naturally brought by the sea. Some cleaners came to pick up all the trash. It was hard to swim as there are a lot of rocks and the sea was not clear.

This property is run by a lovely family who also live onsite and are very helpful. The rooms are big, clean and well-equipped; there was plenty of space for two adults and our luggage. The communal facilities are great - there’s fast wifi, a hot + cold water dispenser, a kitchen, barbecue pit and garden benches (mind the falling coconuts!) The absolute highlight is the location… This property is right on the beach, with the sea literally just steps away from our door, and there are plenty of good eateries around the area. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Sunset Bay! The owner and his family are very friendly. They make sure everything is okay for you and helps you with stuff like scooter rent etc. The accomodation is nice. Great shower, lovely bed and your own fridge and watercooker in your room. Also airco. We loved the siting place in front of our room for rainy moments. Its directly at the beach, and we had many evenings almost a private beach to watch the sunset. There is a outdoor kitchen and a BBQ and sunbeds you can use. In the enviroment there's 1 minute walk away a lovely coffeebar and a local restaurant with amazing (and cheap) food. A little walk to the north there's also a nice seafoodbar and soms resorts if you wanne had a more fancy meal. We specially loved the personal touch and the quiet beaches!

Amazing stay and great value for the money. The beach is beautiful , there’re sunbeds available, lots of shadow and very few people, so it feels like almost private paradise. Check in was easy and people there are extremely friendly and they’ve accommodated our extra requests. There’re 2 caffès right around the corner, and more good places to eat out around. Rooms are very clean and nice, territory has lots of flowers and looks cozy. Great value for the money

A very very minor comment: there’s no mosquito nets on the windows. There’s aircon inside so that doesn’t matter too much, and there’s not a lot of mosquitoes in general. But if you prefer to sleep with your windows open - just bring a mosquito repellent with you ;)

Definitely beach location. Clean room with fridge and kettle. Even as solo traveller I prefer double bed...but none available..but bedding and pillows clean on single. Good temp shower. Outside area to dry wet clothes. Well kept gardens.

Nice cottages in a wonderful garden. With private beach, not perfect for swimming, especially with low tide not really possible. Very friendly people around, have scooter (for rent)and bikes to use. Cycling distance to place where mangrove tours start and the wonderful beach of tanjung rhu. Quite area what we loved.

Not very cosy room with bright light and plastic chairs outside. Simple furniture but very comfy bed.

Quiet & peaceful location. Very friendly & helpful owner. Various cheap & delicious places to eat nearby. Has its own beach. Also near Tanjung Rhu Beach & mangrove jetty.

Wifi was weak in my room but manageable. Owner offered to move me to a room with a stronger signal but I declined.
