Everything was fab.we meet a wonderful lady at reception called Elizabeth she was wonderful and helped us with all our queries including setting us up with the BOLT taxi service app. This hotel is right beside the bus station and if you need gluten free and vegan your also in luck Cafe around the corner Room was lovely ,clean,and tidy and housekeeper great too.Not forgetting the beautiful roof top pool with lift all the way up to pool so get there it's just out of this world Cecilia from Wexford Ireland.

Family run property, Andrea the owner and his family take great care on making sure everything is perfect and clients are happy. Park Lane pictures are true to life. Two minutes walk to central bus station, the X 3 bus brings you directly from the airport for €3. The apartments have everything, modern and very well planned out. Chemist, restaurants and shops on location. I often travel to Malta, Park Lane, Monica and the other staff there made my stay perfect. Thank you. I will be back. Truly it was a perfect stay. On arrival there was a small problem with a fan, right away I was upgraded to a larger apartment free of charge. Everything about Park Lane is tastefully designed.

Great location, close to bus station, sea and shops. There was a delightful gluten free bakery very close by. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with the benefit of a small balcony with washing lines and pegs. Also supplied shower caps, sewing kit and vanity pack, not offered in most places. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans and utensils, all in good condition. Most of all every staff member I came into contact with was courteous and helpful. The manager also checked in with me to ask if I was happy with the apartment, housekeeping etc. Small lift to each floor.

Great self contained apartment, really well furnished with very comfy bed! South facing balcony which is always great for morning coffee :) The staff were very friendly. There are loads of cafes bars nearby but the apartment is up high and so is completely silent allowing for a good sleep. bus stop is just next door which has routes going in all directions including bus direct to the airport.

Location is a bit quiet in the winter season but bus station next door makes it fairly easy to get to other more lively parts of the city.

I felt like at home.I was welcomed by lovely Elizabeth and she helped me to settle in and use all the facilities for my comfort.I had a room service every day by a very helpful lady and my room and the whiwholele hotel was spotless.I had a kitchen fully equipped,coffee machine,warm water and fresh towel and super luxurious king size bed with a crispy and soft white linen freshly made every day.One of the best aparthotels to stay in.It was quiet i had a great rest every day.

We had an amazing, specious room with a big balcony on the 4th floor. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. I'm glad the balcony door was soundproof - there's a bus station nearby, and it was quite loud. The swimming pool on the top floor was small but enough to cool down after a busy day. The staff was really nice and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again.

It's a shame the bar on the top floor wasn't open. Swimming pool stairs should have some anti slip mats - I actually slipped and fell. The balconies on the lower floors were quite small, connected with a next door neighbours, and in my opinion, there's not enough privacy there, but maybe someone wouldn't mind that. I'm glad we got room 406 with a big balcony 😀

Superb classy hotel with such a relaxed feel. Spotless. Everywhere was sparkling clean. Professional and very friendly warm staff. Thanks Elizabeth. Everthing in the studio was of a high standard.. Serviced most days. Loved the coffee machine, pods left for every day. Fresh towels etc Very thoughtful owners as everything in the room needed for a very comfortable stay. Including earplugs which I didn't need. Location could not be better. Right next to the main bus station with plenty bars, shops and restuarants yet quiet. Malta buses get overcrowded. A huge bonus being first on the bus. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe here. Rooftop pool looked excellent and well maintained. Being a sea swimmer I didn't use. Loved the view. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We really liked the large and spacious apartment, with access to a rooftop pool and balcony area. The apartment was cleaned daily which was nice to come back to and staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Location was also very good, with a short walk to most things in St Pauls and where the walk was longer the taxis were also cheap. The cooking/self-catering facilities were comprehensive and contained everything we needed with a large fridge freezer for storage. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Despite staying for 5 nights, we were only provided with two coffee pods for the machine in the room. When we asked for more there was an additional charge. Considering the cost of the room it wouldn't have seemed extravagant to have included them in the price like other apartments and hotels do.

Family apartment , very well equipt kitchen - everything you need, cleanliness very good, beds comfortable, towels - huge and fluffy. The location excellent, everything on your doorstep, shops, eateries, bus station, pebble/rocky beach within 5 min walk. The pool on the roof was lovely (although quite small), a lovely area with sun beds and beautiful views to the sea and islands

I think the lifts should be updated, they are very tiny, also ,for a family apartment the balcony was very small with only 2 chairs and a small shabby table (which needs replacing,) which caused a problem when there was five adults staying in the apartment.

The apartments were very spacious and well equipped. Frequent servicing meant we didn't need to worry about cleaning the floors/bathrooms or buying things like toilet roll. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for our needs. Any issues we had in the apartment were seen to immediately and without issue, the hotel uses WhatsApp to stay in instant communication with guests which is really useful 🥰 the apartments are a stones throw from the bus station and all the local restaurants and bars, and a short walk away from local beaches/swimming spots. Plenty of transport/taxis available to go further too. On our last day the staff made sure we got as late a check out as possible, stored our luggage safely for us and made available a shower room so we could freshen up before our late flight - for no extra cost! Really made a huge difference and very appreciated 👏

The air-conditioning unit on the balcony took up lots of space, was very loud and pumped out hot air, so the balcony wasn't as much of a relaxing or comfortable place to be. The rooftop pool is VERY chlorinated and will turn anything light coloured or blonde hair green, so be careful to wear dark bikinis!
