The outdoor pool is very nice. The hotel is very clean. Food is tasty. Rooms are great. The staff is friendly. They are doing a really good job. It is a very comfortable stay.

The variety of breakfast and dinner is not the best, but everything is tasty. Indoor pool could be cleaner. The sheet on the bed kept slipping down, we had to fix it all the time. Room is cleaned everyday but it was always at a different time, so we never knew when they were coming. It would be nice to have somewhat of a schedule. You have to pay for drinks at dinner, but 2x they didn’t come to ask if we would like to drink, but then when we brought our own drink, we were told that it’s not allowed.

Firstly, I would like to say how much I enjoyed everything about this luxurious and modern hotel. This amazing crew was brought together by a very intelligent and gentle manager. There was a warm and professional attitude throughout the entire staff, from the receptionist to the room service staff to the professional security team and bar staff. There is an incredibly comfortable atmosphere in the hotel. There is a beach within eight minutes' walking distance, supermarkets within two minutes, and a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Public transportation is also nearby. In addition, they maintain a tourist guide section where you can find useful information about tourist tours and plans. In the hotel, there are two beautiful swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, which allow you to enjoy swimming at any time of the year, both pools were getting cleaned and checked by professionals to make sure everything is clean and right. There are two bars located in the hotel area, and they provide delicious cocktails and drinks at very fair prices. This hotel's restaurant is excellent. They serve really delicious quality food. They also offer room service and menus for those who prefer to eat in their rooms. I had a wonderful English breakfast and an incredible dinner at this hotel. My advice to you as a professional traveler is to book this beautiful hotel without a second thought. I guarantee that you will enjoy your stay in Malta! The hotel turns into a party hotel in the summer, where they have amazing events and DJs. I can't wait to visit this amazing hotel during that season! Proof that staff are the most important thing!!! Hotels differ from each other and most of the times capacity and additional services are described. But, this hotel has staff! Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception, maids, bar, restaurant, etc. Wherever and whenever you need service, advice, or help, there is a friendly staff here who is ready to help you immediately. I could list names, but I would leave some out - so thank you to the maids, receptionists, bartenders, waiters, chefs, because you are the soul of this hotel! You made our vacation unforgettable - and we will be back!

nothing - maybe just that the shower didn't have a shower wall

Location was perfect, close enough to sea but not too close to the noisy centre. Breakfast was varied and fresh and abundant. Room was nice and clean, shower had good water pressure and soap provided too. The staff were very nice and helpful, from the people in reception to the breakfast room and housekeeping. It also happened to be myself and my partner's birthday and we were nicely surprised with a decorated bed and birthday cake at breakfast too. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Nothing to complain about

The staff at the front desk is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room is cozy enough for a good rest. We used the pool also, the water was warm and clean. There is also an electric kettle with tea bags and a coffee in the room that you can use and they refill it every day. You can ask for the iron in case you need it and the staff will provide you with one. The view from the balcony is not so good, at least from our room, but that is less important. If you are in Malta for the first time, then you should know that you will need an adapter for a three-phase socket, otherwise, you won't be able to use the iron, that electric kettle, or charge your phone and not just in this hotel but everywhere in Malta.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with awesome pool view. It was extremely clean!!! The indoor heated pool was a perfect option for late season vacation.

We booked the Family Room with Balcony, for two adults and two children (6 & 8). We had half-board, so had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Room - Large, plenty of pace Beds - Comfy enough. I wouldn't go crazy over them, but they were fit for purpose. Cleanliness - Room and floor looked clean, as did the bathroom. Bathroom - Great shower and plenty of hot water Swimming Pool - Decent swimming pool, but got crowded quickly. Parking - Plenty of public parking spaces around. Look for the white spaces. Restaurant - Decent and pleasant with plenty of seating. Buffet food, with different variety of meats every day. Service - Staff were really good. Had a broken A/C, they fixed it almost immediately. Room was a little dirty, it was deep-cleaned straight away. Can't fault their customer service at all.

Buffet - No allergy/vegetarian information so best to ask before you eat anything. Desserts were awful. Avoid. If you're used to eating rich, luxurious food, this may not be the place for you. Lots of white carb processed food, so on the whole, the food will fill you up if you just want something while you're on vacation. Room Cleanliness - Looked very clean until we dropped something and it rolled under the bed so we bent down to peek under. It was very dirty, with even an old KFC milkshake takeaway cup lying about. We reported it to Reception. They were very prompt at cleaning the room. They deep-cleaned it, and gave us some very nice toiletries which we didn't have before. Also a big bowl of chocolates. Which was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, primarily thanks to Salman, who was working at the reception. He is truly an amazing person with a radiant smile that instantly makes you feel welcome. Salman’s kindness and attentiveness towards guests were remarkable, and he went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. The overall hotel stay was great,

but I did face one minor inconvenience with the TV—it only connects with Android devices and not with iPhones. Adding compatibility with iPhones would be an excellent upgrade for guest entertainment. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Kudos to Salman for making the experience memorable!

The service and hospitality of personnel was outstanding. Specially our waiter Natalia, who was very friendly and never took the smile off of her face. The facility is clean, roims are spacious and comfortable (including beds), food was simple but fresh and, all in all, it was a good value for money.

Hotel doesn't have its own parking, so it was a bit hard to find spots to park. Pool facilities are a bit small, jacuzzi was cold and shutting off every minute so it was a bit annoying to use it, but this was definitely not the reason not to enjoy the stay.

Everything was great! The indoor pool is clean with warm salty water :)

The outdoor pool water temperature seemed a bit cold, but still refreshing :)
