I was my 6th stay in Malta and I really impressed and pleased with this apartment Location-u could not find better one, trust me Close to literally everything: bus bays and shops/restaurants, sea and central square, Buggiba and Qawra As The best price-quality option, next year I will come again, can’t wait ♥️ The apartment itself is clean, ergonomic and well-organised, I had everything for comfy relaxing, cooking and sleeping Personnel sweet and ready-to-help all the time

- It is in one of my favorite areas in Bugibba, near to the bus terminal and plenty of restaurants - Every day someone was coming to clean - Accessories in the kitchen were enough to cook

- I think it was missing to use some bleach in the toilet, since after some days it started to get black - the shower area was a bit dirty on the floor - one of the lifts was broken, someone entered by mistake and got stuck. He started to press the alarm button, but the person in the reception didn't seem to hurry to "rescue" him. She stayed in the reception and when I asked about the alarm she calmly said that was the lift. At least to me that is something that should have some priority; Nobody likes to stay stuck in a lift.

Excellent location, super comfortable bed and very clean! My fridge broke in the middle of the night and all my food spoiled but the owner was very good about it and refunded me for the food that had gone bad and they replaced the fridge with a brand new one, which was great!

Proximity to the sea, just cross the street. A few minutes walk and we were at the bus station, from where you can get to any part of Malta. Around a lot of different restaurants and bars. Major attraction in the neighbourhood is Malta National Aquarium just 5 minutes walks. A few minutes and we have a large supermarket, not counting small shops. The kitchenette was equipped with basic dishes and pots, you can easily prepare a meal yourself. Cleaning took place every other day, including changing towels. In addition, the service was very nice, every day they greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing.

Currently there are road works, but only during the day there was noise. It did not bother us at all, because we were usually out of the apartment at that time. The only inconvenience was the occasional dust or a little mud when it rained. I suspect that once the works are finished there will be more parking spaces in the area and better access.

Initially we were in a different room but right under our balcony the second morning there was loud construction work going on. We spoke with a man at the front desk, he said that they weren't informed about the construction work in advance either. He was incredibly helpful and understanding and moved us to a different (much nicer) room, no extra charges. Now, the rooms were generally the same but there were some significant differences like the size of the bathroom and balcony. Also, the second room smelled much nicer and cleaner, in comparison to the first room that smelled like it hadn't had fresh air let in too long. Location was great, super close to the bus station and many cafes and restaurants.

The length of the bed (in both rooms) wasn"t enough for a person taller than about 170cm. Not really related to the hotel but there was no sandy beaches nearby, maybe a small one that seemed to be private to the bar near it.

The stuff was nice and very helpful. The location was great, everything was close-by, and the public transport was less than 2 minutes by foot. The room/studio was very clean and it was cleaned every 2 days. The main bed was good. The beach was very close and there are nice little caffees close by. Good value for money.

The additional bed was in very bad shape, lumpy and sinking towards the head, so we reversed the sleeping position, and also on the short side regarding the length (I am 173 cm tall). There was a pool, but it was very dirty and out of service (they did not advertise it as a hotel with a pool). If you are looking for the seaview, not a right choice.

The room was very auspicious and sufficiently big with a very nice balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a well-functioning AC, a smart TV and a nice safe box. Staff were nice too. Overall it’s very ideal for short staying.

There are some minor defects that I found little bit annoying for me but since it was a short stay, it wasn’t big deal for me really: - The fridge was leaking water all over it from inside, every thing I put in the fridge got completely soaked, as if I washed them. - The bed was not fixed to the wall (neither by head nor by tail). So lack of ability to leaning back to the wall, made it difficult for me to chill on the bed. - The blanket was really tick for that season (I want there in June), although there was an extra sheet but it would have been better if they’d put a thin/cool blanket for summer. - The water pressure was very weak, I guess they didn’t use the water pressure pump or maybe the pump was turned off or on standby mode or something.

Excellent apartment, very spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very large and the shower was decent. Big lounge with a kitchen and a reasonable sized fridge. We arrived late and the self check-in instructions were very straight forward and easy. Amazing value for the price, would definitely recommend.

Only fault is that it would have been nice to have some shampoo/body wash in the bathroom. One other nuisance (completely unrelated to the hotel itself, however) was that there was construction going on just a few meters down the road, they started work very early, around 7:30, and it was very noisy, so if you want to sleep in then it probably isn't the place for you.

The staff are very eager to please, and even the manager, Karl is approachable and helpful. I was surprised how quickly they rectified electrical problems which I'd pointed out in the room and even rolled out across other rooms.

It's rather out of town, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing because it's a lot quieter at night. Housekeeping had used a king size sheet on two single beds push together so it was not big enough for the beds which are 90 cm each

It’s really nice place if you are not to picky about little things that get used in time of use. Easy way in, great value for that money. If you want a 5* hotel, it’s not the right address, but for all the rest pretty fair in everything. Bus stops all around, few mins walking away good restaurants, cafes, shops….

The toilet is not flushing strongly so we used salad bowl filled with water for additional flush:) from time to time:)
