Good location, bus stop across the street. Breakfast is a good option, if not, Costa Coffee is a good option too. Kebab restaurant just a few steps is a must.

Pretty much everything was great. Friendly staff. Clean. Lift. Great location near bus stops, restaurants, shore. Comfortable bed and pillow. Wonderful view. Recommend room with sea view. If you dont want sea view you can book a room that looks at a wall elsewhere for cheaper.

The shower door was installed invertedly so all the water that hits the glass door drains onto the bathroom floor which has no drain and theres is no step between bathroom and bedroom, so if youre not careful you will flood the whole room... Most room doors have large cracks under them so you hear a lot of noise from the hallway. I woke up every day around 7 - 8am to the staff making noise outside. AC remote is finicky. Also the AC sometimes makes quite a bit of noise even when turned off. If youre booking room with sea view triple check that, because i ended up with partial sea view somehow and to be honest you will be looking at a wall unless you go on the balcony which is super windy all the time because its on an alley where all the wind from the sea makes it way trough.

This hotel has been recently refurbished throughout so everything new and in very good condition. Nice toiletries provided daily. Location is also very good. Breakfast was ok, not wow and not bad, just ok. If there was any downside is that our room was quite small for a 3 bed room, the room was definitely a double in which they added a third bed to accommodate our stay. We would stay at this hotel again due to its condition and location, but would definitely require a larger room that can accommodate 3 beds without making it feel congested.

Very friendly personal, Hotel is in good location, close to the sea and the main promenade. There were a lot of smaller shops nearby as well as a lot of restaurants and bistros and pubs. Even tho the hotel did not have parking for the hosts, you can easily park in the streets behind the hotel close to the school which was like 5 minute walk. Amazing views from the 8th floor terrace

The hotel is situated on a busy street, where you'll hear bike horns every few minutes throughout the day. The pool on the roof is located in the back, so you cannot see the sea from the pool and it was pretty cold compared to the sea. TV in the room was not working, it said no signal and had no cable connected to it, only power. Bathroom - The door was larger than the frame and couldn't be closed, open shower with no way to prevent the water from going all over the bathroom.

Comfortable, brightly colored room (for two). The view from the balcony is gorgeous - of the sea. Breakfast (buffet): omelette, boiled eggs, fried bacon and sausages, beans in tomato sauce, grilled tomatoes, also cheeses, ham, salami, cut fresh fruit. Milk, juice, water, coffee, tea, sugar, various jams and marmalade, butter. Croissants, puffs with cream and chocolate, 4 types of bread. The staff was friendly and helped with any questions we had.

The water from the shower was leaking outside. It wasn't a big problem, but it was there, which was a bit unsightly.

We chose this hotel for its location which is excellent, the ferry to Valletta is about 20 minutes walk away through the back Streets and St Julian is a short walk away. The bus stop is very close to the hotel going to various popular locations. The view from our room on the seventh floor was wonderful. The room was quite small, the bed was very comfortable.

We come in the middle of the night, checked in quickly, without problem! Very friendly and professional personal. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Was a little bit nois during the night like wash machine or generators on the 6th floor. But everything other is super! Amazing view on the see from the roof with swimming pool and place for sunbathing! Very good please to stay for long vacation !! We are grateful hotel for saving our night,sleep and mood after bad previous experience with other apartment 🙏🏼

Refurbishment was still ongoing. Noisy early mornings. Shower had to be hand held no wall bracket to allow us to stand under when showering. Only 1 small towel rail in the bathroom no towel hooks to hang towels up when wet. No parasols on roof terrace. Would benefit from extra chair in room to allow 2 people to sit on juliet balcony together.

Room had very nice view from the balcony. Hotel is located just in front of bus stations so you can easily catch ride wherever you want to go. Very large room with air condition. Also nice view from the rooftop and pretty pool.

Very noisy especially in the early morning time, doors are very old and you can hear very loudly people that are slapping the doors and speaking in the hallway. Room keeping left few times our room unlocked even if we locked it before leaving. Bathroom could be better. Small elevator which consumed a lot of time for waiting it. We didn't know that on Malta you need special power adapter so we struggled with our devices.

It was in a beautifull area with an amazing view. Everything was next to the hotel: beach, shops, bars, restaurants, bust stop. The hotel was so clear and newly rendovated. The staff was kind and helpfull. The rooftop view was an extra thing which was my favourite

The staff could tell me about the rooftop area. I missed a doormat in front of our room because we took all of the sand from the beah in the room.
