My wife and I went into this not really expecting much, but it turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The staff was veri accommodating and helpful, there were no issues, the food was great and the view from the balcony was amazing! There was also Netflix which is a rarity for the price. Also the mall and everything included there gave us many more options. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Not really much to say here as everything was as good as it could have been. We'd really have to nitpick to find something bad about the experience.

From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. Great location, good food and very nice staff

The fitness center is extremely small with only fixed glass windows which cannot be opened , hardly any place to stand in the fitness center , only limited Basic cardio machines and some dumbells Self service , room service not there Same brf served everday with no variation Rooms are small with hardly any space for storage

Voila is a fabulous hotel which is conveniently located in the Bagatelle Mall, which was the primary reason for my visit to Mauritius to get some shopping done and have a relaxing time. The staff were well mannered and helpful especially with the cyclone situation. The room and bathroom were very clean and up to the standard. I had the chance to use the gym although small it is very well equipped and I could do my workouts without any disturbances.

The day I arrived I was told by the staff that the Cyclone was going to hit the island the next day, it was a bit of a rush to get some shopping done as I had no idea when the shops would be open again. The TV in the room was a bit outdated as I could not watch any movies I had on my external drive, the channels were mostly local and horrid in view that I had to spend an entire day indoors due to the cyclone.

Receptionist Darshina, was the first person i met and she was super exceptional and kind. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was buffet style and although small, I enjoyed it very much. The restaurant area is within an atrium/glasshouse and I enjoyed the flora every morning.

There should have been some voile type inner curtains to have daylight come through whilst also maintaining privacy. As it was, the windows allowed others to see into the room when the curtains weren't drawn.

- Location is fantastic. just a few steps from Bagatelle Mall. - 2 minutes walk from the Bus stop. - view around the hotel was terrific. - Staff were super friendly and helpful. - mini fridge works perfectly and small safe. - Comfortable bed. - The wifi speed was great.

- Bathroom shower needs upgrade flooring, other than that everything was perfect.

All staff were ver helpful and polite . Very welcoming . Would recommend anyone

Friendly and extremely helpful staff and cleanliness. I arrived 9 am and they immediately checked in and gave me a room and allowed me the late check out upto 4 pm . Exceptional by any standards .

Breakfast needs improvement

The comfort of the hotel, its cool environment, excellent reception and friendly staff. The proximity of the Bagatalle mall at the outdoor of the hotel was an excellent shopping experience. The free strong wifi was great making communication awesome. I particularly liked the free rapid antigen test, conducted by a high level professionalism and great care, courtesy and humility. This indeed is the place of my choice the next visit.

The breakfast had lots of wheat product but lacked a diversity of cereals e.g. rice.

The location of the property is in the central part of Mauritius. Makes commuting easier to various directions

There was nothing I did not like about the property.
