Clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful

I had been parked under the roof parking lot and when the hotel owner arrived there he made me take car out of roof parking lot to parking lot not roofed. His excuse was that my car was too big. First of all my car us a regular Yukon, second parking lot was empty, third the next morning roofed parking lot had big cars parked there. That was annoying I was about to check in somewhere else. Of all places I have stayed no one has ever bother me after checking in. I felt bad for staff because they were trying to be helpful and polite but the main person was sabotaging their service.

Breakfast was good, location was alright too, about 20 minutes walk to downtown but in a quiet area. Cleaned daily and refreshed towels and toiletries. There wasn't a lot of space in the room but the bed was huge.

The room was cold, the reception could have told us the AC was also a heating unit too we figured it out on our second night but had a cold first night and blankets would have been good.

The room was great for the price. Very small, but served it's purpose. Front desk was very helpful and even suggested a burger and hot dog stand that was nearby when we arrived late at night. The breakfast was excellent. It had a great variety and you could order chilaquiles free of charge; it was very good and it even had options to order additional stuff for a fee. The shower had good pressure with hot water. The room was clean and we had daily housekeeping free of charge. Only about 5-minute drive from the Malecón. I would stay here again if I was looking for something cheap.

The beds were a bit stiff. At first I didn't mind, but in the morning I woke up with a sore back. To me, that was something I didn't mind since the room was cheap. Parking is small, but they're great at finding a spot for you.

There are not too many hotels as this one. VERY SECURE, VERY SAFE & VERY PRIVATE TOO! The breakfast room gets a little crowded, but there is patio seating, there is GOOD FOOD (breakfast & a la cart) and there is GOOD COFFEE! It is reasonably priced too. Not far from the hustle and bustle and there is a reason I keep staying here!

Amazing breakfast!! Such a highlight. Having parking inside of the hotel grounds was a huge plus - made us feel safe about keeping some of our stuff in our car. Lovely room, and very inexpensive for the great space and breakfast we got. I also liked not being right in the tourist district.

The shower was pretty terrible - frequently swung from scalding hot to cold, sprayed water everywhere, and leaked into the room, leaving a puddle every time we showered.

They’re always nice there. It’s a great value for the town and I always stay there. Uber is super cheap, so at night I pay $3 for Uber to places. Hot Breakfast is good and you can pay a little extra if you want breakfast special items. Quiet area of town and secure place and secure parking.

It’s not walkable at night. But $$2 to $3 Uber works great in this town

Clean and comfy beds. Rooms were also clean and the AC worked great. We slept well. Area was quiet. Workers were polite. It was nice to have complimentary breakfast too, and the location was closed to everything but away enogh from the noise.

There was construction going on during the day, so it was a bit dusty outside, but I guess the improvements will be worth it.

I have stayed in this hotel several times, and I really like it. I had an appointment so missed breakfast but the last time I was there it was very good. The staff are wonderful. I was returning home on this trip, following a car accident which left me with a concussion, which caused me a bit of a memory problem when using my credit card. They were very patient with me, reminded me there was a limit to the number of times I could try before lockout, generally took care of me, which I really needed at that time. The bathrooms and toilets are in separate rooms, everything is nice and clean, comfortble beds, quiet suroudings. It has a good closed parking lot too. I would say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, not for those who are looking for pools and entertainment, but I am a budget traveler, and this hotel is always my hotel of choice.

The only thing I miss is one of those small fridges to keep some water or soda in overnight. I can't think of another thing missing!

I've discovered a new go-to place to stay in Ensenada. This place far exceeded my expectations, especially given the reasonable price. Secure parking is a priority for me since I'm often traveling by motorcycle, so Capital O's parking garage was an important factor in choosing to stay there (don't let the 'Dogs Playing Poker' painting in the parking garage fool you - it really is a nice place). The entire facility was very clean, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area, but it's a short walk to the busy tourist district. Bonus: Tacos Floresta is two blocks away, and Canneria Cerveza is just one block away.

If parking, vehicles are in controlled compound, use automated garage door in/out! Interesting Mexican style buffet breakfast. Some rooms are like Motel 6 layout, others are interior (my had opaque window to hallway) as are typically in Mexican style hotels. Only few blocks from famous Fenix taco stand (great fish tacos 25 pesos) on Calle Espinoza.
