Location was good with beautiful ocean views.

Entry to the property was disconnected. So many detours to get into the hotel and not the most inviting entry into a hotel. 1. Park in the back unfinished parking lot. 2. Walk around the outside of the building on the driveway to the ground level door. 3. Go to the elevators and go up 3 floors to lobby. 4. Register and then go to elevators to room. Couldn't make it a smooth welcoming entrance??

The view was exceptional and so calming. The beds were especially comfortable, and our short overnight stay was just what we needed during an otherwise stressful trip.

The first person to greet us seemed more like a nightclub bouncer, which was actually kind of entertaining. I didn't realize the entrance to the hotel was through the bell service area.

Bed were comfortable. The views were amazing. Great sunset views.

Drainage is very smelly to the point that bothers. Even in the middle of the night the drain smelled. Also not enough WiFi to connect my laptop. They said WiFi connects 4 devices but even tho we disconnected our phones never got access for our laptop. That was disappointing.

Paid a little bit extra for the ocean view and it was AMAZING. The hotel is very modern and close to the town of Ensenada but not too far. The staff were very nice and my only complaint was parking was very little but they watched our car during the night and nothing happened to it. Also the breakfast is a little sparse but for $120 a night for a gorgeous ocean view I cannot complain. They also have a roof area with a pool and you can enjoy drinks etc. A true gem of a hotel. Book the ocean room view, you won't be sorry.

Better parking and a warm breakfast would have been nice. Currently the breakfast is included is cereal and fruit but no big deal.

The rooms were very clean and have a great view. The food is delicious and at a reasonable price. Staff are very polite, helpful and friendly.

Check-in took really long, and there was no AC in the check-in lobby. Also, on the first floor, there wasn't anyone to let you know that check-in was not there, but in the lobby on the 2nd floor. Also, the parking situation is not great. There was a lot of confusion.

I love the view of our room. employees were nice only one person was not friendly. But who knows maybe he has a bad day.

Overall was good. Except for the towels. When they clean our room they didn’t leave enough towels. And the bathroom are too small I didn’t like the doors.

The staff were very accommodating. I mostly spoke English and I had no problems being helped. Appreciated!

There was not much I disliked. I would say get the eggs on chilaquiles rather than the chicken. And as with most fitness centers, there were few weights for anyone who is a weight lifter.

The Bellboys and security were exceptionally gratuitous and took good care of the guest arriving and departing. My car was well taken care of.

Construction around the hotel made our view disappointing. The room’s were small and cable had very cheap channels. They need to up grade the channels for sure. The pool was small and they need to clean all the glass around the Terrace for better sunset pictures (see picture).The beds were hard as well and breakfast need to have more variety. For the price being paid they could afford better food, beds and closer parking.

This hotel's restaurant is highly underrated. No need to leave the building for breakfast. Chilaquiles were bomb, and the coffee was le-git. I would totally stay here again.

I found it a little inconvenient having to take one elevator just to reach the lobby, and a second elevator to get to my room, but that's no biggie. The only real annoyance we had was that our Booking.com reservation clearly stated check-out was at 1pm, and the front desk lady was trying to kick us out at noon. She claimed the website is outdated and the new check out time is 12 pm. I told her about my email confirmation saying 1 pm, and even offered to forward the email to her, but he was not interested and kept insisting that I leave before 1pm. I left at 1:30 pm "pa' que se le quite".

Scenario was nice.

Customer service was very skeptical and disrespectful. Females employees at front desk were Not pleasant and unprofessional. Speaking and gossiping while waiting yo be assisted. At breakfast,there were empty trays of cold cuts,fruits,yogurt and still an hour of service time.
