This time I stayed at a better room on the 8th floor. Pillows and bed much better!!! We were greeted by Miguel who offered his help carrying our luggage, offered to go get us anything we needed at a couple of places near the hotel, pharmacy and another place. He was friendly and respectful. They also have room service , good breakfast, a parking and that’s a plus for me, atm in the lobby and a small store that stays open late.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

It’s all into one; convenient because it has a pool, clean water, ATM , restaurant and bar with nice staff and also room Service, a plus for me a safe ample Parking lot and they do have handicapped parking spots.

The area once you come Out of the elevator to go to Your room, it’s very dark; it makes me Feel Uneasy. I think it needs To have better lighting there to make us visitors feel safer.

I liked everything..I asked for a room with ocean view and they gave us a room on floor 8 and the view was awesome..they have a restaurant and we had a breakfast there and the food was excellent..the hostess was very nice lady..and during the night we visited the little bar and the dj was so nice they have karaoke..I really recommend this hotel. I didn't had to drive anywhere because everything was very close by walking

It is in a prime location, the views are spectacular. It can be a little loud at times, but it has to do more with the town than with the location. It is a great value and the staff are excellent. Bonus tip if driving there, have Carlos wash your car. He is a great guy and does a great job at washing and taking care of your vehicle.

i cannot think of a single thing I did not appreciate from the hotel. If I need more sentences to fill this space, I suppose I could request bigger tvs in the room.

we liked it was close by everything. we very much enjoyed the karaoke bar they had I was down to celebrate my birthday staff was very kind very humble and respectful as well as helpful.

the room where we stayed at was very nice and had a beautiful view unfortunately I did see a few nail clippings on the carpet when I went to plug in my charger for my phone which was kinda gross and the bathroom shower had hair on the drain. what I really disliked about it was the parking we picked a wrong time to go because they were having the Baja 500 annual race and because of this a lot of the parking was taken we paid a good amount to stay and didn’t want to leave our car outside and we also didn’t like to be woken up at 6am to have our car moved I think the whole parking situation was very poorly organized and the people that were in the race should of only been allowed to park one car because it was an inconvenience to everyone there who was not there for that.

It's very well located and close to all. Food fun and entertainment. The rooms are a good size, wish they had coffee maker and fridge but they are a good place to stay. Loved theur kareoki bar its a great place to hang out at night.

The rooms are a little out dated and rugs on floor need a clean but overall it was a good place.

Nice view of the ocean, great location close to a lot of places since it’s located in el centro, across the street from el malecón, nice staff, pool, breakfast restaurant, bar and mini cafe, hard floor instead of carpet.

No iron or coffee maker, rooms need deep cleaning, area around the tub was really gross.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to the center of town, many restaurants, and shops. The view was great, we were overlooking the pier. We don't spend much time in the room, other than sleeping and resting. The price is great .

The carpet in the room had stains, the hotel is older, so it is understood that there is wear and tear. However, I do think the carpets should be cleaned or replaced.

Hotel staff was very friendly. They were able to get us in to a connecting room. The location is perfect right in downtown and only 5-10min depending on traffic drive to the beach. We loved it and will always be coming back to this hotel.

Stood here several times and every time the experience was good, with no issues.

The rooms are clean. The pool is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
