Remodeled not that long ago. Clean room, modern, properly functioning bathroom, heat, cooling, Internet, etc. I comment only because several Mexico hotels fail to deliver in all the basics. Once inside felt very secure. Staff treated guests well. Possible to walk to tourist areas, the bay front, convention center, cruise ships, tourist bars, restaurants and shops can be walked to and cheap cab ride back.

No secured parking. You park on the street. Hopefully you find something close to the well lighted lobby. Hotel is good for the price point, but if I had a nice car I’d have a little concern about it.

Like always this Hotel is our obligated stop on the Road TO Baja .Friendly, Homy, really clean and most important have a stable staff over the years like talk were well of the HOTEL management. I only will like to have some seating outside on THE PERGOLA to enjoy the view and relaxing time over there. Also to have more variety on the menu .Thanks everyone to making us feeling Welcome each time ....More than 20 visits over there and keeping counting.See you next time !!!!

Clean, good location and having a pool was good although it was a bit small. Margarita in the hotel bar was great.

I stayed for a week but everyday I had to reactivate my room card that was very inconvenient!

The rooms were very nice and clean and the location was perfect it’s only about a 6 to 8 minute walk to the boardwalk. We will definitely stay here again. Beds are really comfortable

Besides the mirror in the bedroom, do need an extra mirror in the room. Staff needs more training in greatting clients. (Be friendly or smile). They give you the key and don't indicate you were the room is?

Staff was friendly and helpful and overall the cleanliness was phenomenal. Would plan another stay once the remodelization is done.

Insufficient Parking I had to go leave My car at a relatives house the time I was there.

It was very clean beds were comfortable the shower was spacious. It was easily accessible to downtown and casino. Customer service was really nice. Didn't try the restaurant but I'm sure it would have been delicious

The only thing was that there were no wash cloths. And all the TV programming was in spanish. But it is Mexico lol

Everything was good, the service , the cleanliness the staff including Estrella at the restaurant 😊

The parking we had to Uber places , so we wouldn’t loose our parking

The rooms were very clean. They seemed to have been remodeled recently. The staff was nice and friendly. We did not try the restaurant on the premises so can not comment on it but it did smell delicious as you walked by.

The parking situation was a little crowded.

We stayed in the Junior suite. Very spacious, separate livingroom area. Big bathroom. Walking distance to bars and shops. Great patio, this will be our go too place each time we visit Ensenada!

Very minimal parking. We were worried about not having a space to park when we were done going out.
