The people workong here are simply amazing, very available to answer any question, to serve yoi with tasty domestic food, and their kindness is undescribable. The patio is decorated in traditional and creative Mexican style and is a really pleasant for chilling, eating, having a coffee. The area is full of greenery and colorful houses, very vivid yet peaceful. There are two cutest and playful dogs in the yard. Most of the landmarks of Coyoacan are on a walking distance. It is also a good place for connecting with other travellers. It is not a fancy place and not for spoiled tourists, but a place for those who appreciate modest staying with the value of a real human connection.

I loved the design of the property and its location. The rooms are comfortable and the water is hot. The staff are very accomodating and I was relieved that they organised transport for me when I arrived in Mexico City at midnight. The property is secure and the rooftop is lovely for yoga and with a view to Mexico City.

The only problem I had was with sometimes needing to ask for a cup or spoon for the coffee making facilities.

The owner and her family were extremely helpful to us and were willing to provide anything we asked. They organised our Uber transport to the airport and gave us everything we needed to make our meals. Excellent location and the first guaranteed hot water showers we have had during our month long trip!

The host and staff are very friendly. The neighborhood is super walkable with beautiful homes and many places to eat and grab coffee.

Not super relevant, but you need a reservation to visit Frida's house. I was not aware of that so missed the opportunity,

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family nearby. The location was perfect, we were less than a 10 minute walk from downtown Coyoácan. The hotel itself is located on a very quiet street, so that even though the windows weren’t soundproof, we had no problem sleeping at night. I loved the unique architecture of the hotel, we stayed in the turquoise room with the balcony overlooking the courtyard. The shower always had hot water and decent water pressure. On top of that the staff was very friendly and assisted us with our requests during the stay.

Some drinking water in the room would be nice, we had to go down to the ground floor to fill up our water bottles.

Quiet location within walking distance from Frida Kahlo museum

Due to internal spiral staircases some rooms may be difficult to reach for people with mobility issues.

I spent one week in the Hotel! We had a lovely time there. We received exceptional service! We got a room upgrade from the host! The Hotel is within walking distance of Frida Khalo and Coyoacan. Highly recommended

The staff (Irene) was absolutely friendly and willing to solve all the needs we could have. They also have a very useful electronic system of access to the house considering they don't have a proper front desk.

The rooms are beautiful. I got an upgrade without even asking for one. The location is great. Everything went smoothly even though I only booked 30min in advance at 22pm. Highly recommended
