Staff, cleaningness, nice hotel and rates.

Trying to locate your hotel using Google maps and apple was difficult. The maps kept sending me to some neighborhood behind your hotel with no access to your hotel. Especially at night it’s very dangerous trying to locate the entrance to your hotel. Being a newer hotel, probably the maps are not updated but maybe adding more lights and better signage would help in locating your hotel, especially for first time guests. Other than that, the hotel and staff were great.

Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. The Housekeeping is excellent and the entire hotel is kept in very good appearance.

Would have liked more food option as there is no restaurants within walking distance. Also the shuttle bus was not readily available. It would be nice to offer at least one drop off daily to downtown for tourists or people without cars. The taxis became very expensive for us. This looks like an area in progress so there is a lot of potential for this hotel.

Location was great to the airport. Lobby area and bar area was comfortable and clean Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Hallways were quiet of people walking, beautiful carpet. Check in was excellent, young woman on the front desk was super friendly, efficient and spoke good English. Transportation driver also was a bar tender for the day was also very friendly, efficient and nice to talk to. Bar/common area had comfortable couches, chairs, tables and they a nice selection of snacks and kitchen had a great club sandwich. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Breakfast was slow to get set up. It was suppose to be at 6am but it was not completely set up until 6:30. We had to be at the airport for 6:30 which put us behind but it all worked out.

This was my only negative impression. The buffet is not so good. However, I think this is because they only recently opened and the main restaurant facilities are going to opening soon. I am really a lover of eggs and they did not meet my expectations. I would prefer a choice of some plain scrambled and/or some fried eggs without the only choice being Mexican eggs that are overcooked. The coffee was excellent. A few days they offered hash brown potatoes and those were great. The evening menu is very limited in selections and after 2 weeks one tires of the choices. e

The building is great - fantastic open lobby, great gym, quiet and nice, clean rooms. The staff is super accommodative and welcoming.

The pool is covered in shade for every hour of the day except for 90 minutes between 4-530pm. Totally misleading for photos. Breakfast is good but very repetitive - no variety each day.

New and clean property. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The lobby was good to hang in. The pool was nice. We could hear the highway noise in the pool area but it didn’t bother us. We had a car and were able to use the hotel as a base to see Nuevo Vallarta. However, without a car it would be s challenge.

Our room was not ready at check in time.

The locación perfect, because we live in the other side of the highway and We do not have electricity for almost 24 hrs I ask for a discount but the girl in the front desk just say NO, SHEIN didn’t try to see if we can get a discount

The pilows, they were smely The towels in usa are thicker and softer

The breakfast was awesome, it was the best I have ever seen in any hotel so far. I enjoyed it. The location is just perfect and very clean. Love it.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this Hotel. I had a great time. The staff members were all polite and readily available to assist at all times especially Hugo. Fanny and many more that I can't recall names.

Google maps location lists the hotel in a different area. Caused 45minutes of driving around to locate the property. Please address this. It caused inconvenience and stress. Uber also took me to the wrong place on a separate occasion.

Location listing on google maps. This needs to be addressed. There is a location around 7 minutes north that is incorrect. Also, there needs to be more vegan options for breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton in Nuevo Vallarta. Despite an initial mixup due to Google Maps having the wrong location listed (I blame it on Google), everything was smooth sailing. Incredible amenities, the staff, esp Daniel at the front was awesome and full of energy and ready to help. Best of all, it's brand spankin' new so everything exudes an extra level of comfort and sparkle.
