Lovely to check into a modern hotel that still feels authentically Mexican! Beautiful big spacious room and bathroom, hot water, great facilities and view for a good price.

Highly recommend getting good directions in advance. Google maps and a local taxi driver both got lost! It is a little maze of tiny side streets and there are no signs pointing towards the hotel to help us find it. The family picking us up the next day had the same problem - the paseo to the hotel was blocked by a chain and they thought it was impassable.

We stayed in the Clara suite, and views were spectacular. The restaurant in the building called the Maizul was so good. We ended up eating all our meals during our stay there and were not disappointed. Service and food was top notch. The best part of the stay was the owner Eurgena and her daughter Africa as they made us feel at home and gave us great attention. The location was great for us..so quiet. Would stay nowhere else if we return to PV.

Nice clean room, quick hot water, well working AC, lots of room! Appreciated the little frig, micro and coffee maker! Eugenia was super helpful and so kind and caring! Water and land taxis very available anytime, and walking to restaurants, marina etc was very convenient. Pharmacy, Oxxo very close.

Rooms were spacious and so quiet at night. Easy walk to the beach and the malecon is right outside. Onsite restaurant is excellent and front desk staff were really helpful. It was a quick drive to the airport too

Just one thing... mattresses are very firm and others have said this too. Perhaps they could provide padded mattress covers as an option.

one of the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta, it is really close to the beach, to the airport and there are some nice restaurants near by if you want to eat outside. The are is safe and the rooms are very clean

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were a good size with a large bathroom. Small pool warm pool was a bonus. The attached coffee shop was a nice touch. The attached restaurant offers a 10% dinner discount.

It was advertised that they offer continental breakfast but they told me this stopped a while back. It needs to be removed from the listing.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is clean, comfortable and convenient. The beach is very close as well and there is an amazing restaurant on site. Most importantly was the great and responsive hospitality from the staff. They are really great! I hope to return again and I definitely recommend.

The location overlooking the Marina was very convenient. The view from our balcony, living room, and bedroom was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. They treat you like family. The manager, Alida, was so helpful and welcoming. She gave us beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, a cooler, and a wagon free of. Barge for a day on the beach. I would come back here in a heartbeat. We were here for three days before checking in to a two week stay at the Grand Mayan. We have a view over the staff entrance and the parking garage next door. Alida’s hotel is so much more welcoming and accommodating that there is no comparison. I wish we could have spent our entire vacation at the Marina Banderas instead of ‘downgrading’ to a large, less friendly corporate complex with a heavy timeshare push where we are just numbers, not people. Next time I would book my whole stay at Marina Banderas instead!

The second bedroom is small, with twin beds and no view. It’s great for children, less so for two couples traveling together. Everything else is amazing!

Beautiful setting on the marina. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Very nice restaurant attached. Room is very spacious with a comfortable veranda to watch the beautiful sunsets
