The room was lovely and big. We had a nice view of the ocean. It was very clean.
The reception staff was hit and miss. One day I got excellent customer service the next was not the greatest, I suspect sue to lack of English. But still left satisfied.

The hotel was nice. Location was nice.
The Internet was the worst. Internet was needed to place reservations for food and activities. The language barrier was bad because it was hard for them to communicate what you needed to do for the all inclusive. The only other hotel we could use the all inclusive was the royal Solaris next door. That's where we had to use our phones before going back to Caribe. If you have medicine issues lifting your legs let them know because the tube shower was high to step in. The room walls was thin. Had to hear the guest next door snoring all weekend.

The room is very clean and the living environment is very quiet. We have a sea view room. We fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night and wake up to the sunrise in the morning. The hotel food is good and the swimming pool facilities are also good.
The WiFi signal is strong only in the check-in lobby. If the room is far from the lobby, it is basically impossible to access the Internet. Therefore, at night, the lobby is full of people.

Property was clean and comfortable. Pool area was pretty with hot tubs toward the beach. Pretty courtyards. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Easy to grab chaises on the beach or at the pool. Staff on the grounds and in the halls and hotel were super friendly and service-oriented. Not overly busy. Very fun new years party with dancing, music, blended drinks, and champagne
Hard to make dinner reservations. Wifi is poor. Concierge did try to up-sell us on outings and activities. 24-hr room service was limited menu and not super good.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety. Family friendly.
The beach is very rocky and there were red flags nearly every day we were there. Not the fault of the hotel but it took away from the overall experience.

The rooms were so spacious and clean, we had sea views and waking up to that view in the morning is something I will never forget We extended our stay and had an even better room the following night The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful Lots of food to choose from The private beach was unreal, white sand and turquoise water Bus runs from outside the hotel every 1 min, so can get downtown super easy and is inexpensive Lots to do for adults and children

it is so Mediterranean Italian Mexican beautiful and clean . excellent staff , quiet thick walls ! good food ! lovely
I would update the lobby area . and more staff at front desk . maybe big screen tv and more lighting . but it’s old world Mexico and lovely . first impression wasn’t great but the property grew on us by a lot!!
