The actual condo was lovely and the location. Stellar. Also Staff were super helpful And the roof top as per photos is beautiful.

The entire rest of the building is under full construction. Each floor - including ours and including rooftop. Like full construction. 10 different workers. Lots of work early to late. Dust everywhere. Washer and dryer 1 machine. And instructions in Spanish. It kept dinging and would not start. Finally - this will sound weird but to get in and out of underground parking is crazy. So tight . Had to put side view mirrors in. Drive down a steep ramp and crack a hard left. So Tight.

Lovely modern apartments, nice location near supermarket/restaurants/bars/beach. 2 double + sofa bed in room 301 made the apartment feel crowded and small but still usable. 1 king + sofa bed in room 402 felt much more spacious and layout with bed facing full size windows feels luxurious. 301 had an Xbox and toaster, 402 had neither. Balconies in both were great but get little sun in morning and too much in afternoon. Rooftop pool is excellent, with seating and lounging areas. Great accommodating staff helped with any issues, Facundo on front desk was exceptional.

Bathroom smelled like smoke on and off, staff said they were aware of a specific problem in room 301 but didn't know cause, moved to room 402 which had no issues. Mixed photos of different rooms means the room had some expected features but not others.

Next to 5th avenue in Playa with a 2 minute walk to the beach or just turn the corner and walk among the nicest shaps and restaurants on 5th avenue. A 7/11 on the corner so location is absolutely the best. And none of th club noise! The rooms are very spacious with airco everywhere, large bathrooms and a beautifull swimmingpool on the roof. We loved it and would book again because the price is great for what you get. Send friends there as well and they all were happy. The personel is helpful and sweet and even went above an beyond to store something for us.

The location is excellent, directly on 5th Avenue. Also, a garage is available if you have a car. On the roof there is a nice swimming pool with a view, which unfortunately we didn't have time to use

The staff does not speak English, so there were some problems with communication. Also, in the 7 days we were in the accommodation, we received only one change of shower towels.

great location, on 5th avenue next to quaint restaurants and healthy smoothy cafes / coffee shops but far enough away from the noisy clubs so they don’t keep you awake. 5min walk for the beach clubs or 10/15 min walk for the local beaches with kite surfing etc (88 street). The rooftop pool is lovely. 24 hour front desk is really helpful & they can book day trips if needed. 7/11 downstairs for easy snacks & bottles water

nothing, it was great. we stayed for 6 nights, would have been nice to have a clean bathroom mat / towel after 3 days

The location is perfect because it is very close to the main streets and the beach. There is not too much noise during the night. The staff is very good with a guard during the night in the lobby.

The entrance of the parking is very narrow. It is difficult to get in and get out .

Room 402 was a perfect size, spacious but cosy, good bathroom. Electric blinds are cool, bed size and view were great. Excellent rooftop pool facilities, gym was well equipped. The staff were great, especially Facundo at reception.

Room 402 had no toaster or kettle. The bathroom layout doesn't make great use of space with a small sink and mirror behind the door. Only 1 key meant you couldn't use double lock for the front door.

It was close by to 5th avenue, it was nice to be able to walk the strip without taking a taxi or a car.

The WiFi is not great, very spotty. There using always hit water, so time your showers. The parking is terrible. Very tight, if you have a medium to large car it is nearly impossible to get in there.

the location is really good. 10 mins from the beach and not at the busy end of town, so at night you can sleep without hearing the all-night party. the kitchen could use a few extra things like pots and not just frying pans. having a washing machine in the apartment was also great. there is a coffee machine in there for pods but no pods supplied so bring your own.

there is some construction going on and the room did need some tlc because our balcony door was a struggle to lock and also did not feel that secure.

Big apartment with a lot of light, close to beach and all action on 5th Ave

Blinds are to light in bedrooms, no oven, no dishwasher, no electric outlets next to bed. All above is not that important. Just recommendation
