Great location Easy to get to without any maps or Internet! Just straight down 5th avenue. Good WiFi connection Friendly staff - booked us a taxi and gave good clear instructions at check in. Aircon very efficient. Recommend walking right from the flats for best food and drinks places - excellent taco and brunch bars there.

Sometimes people were playing music and drinking very loudly and it echoes around the building - could not be blocked out as it was through the bedroom door. Facing onto 5th avenue is OK as you can shut a door between this to block noise.

The room was very new and comfortable. We really liked the rooftop with the swimming pool and the location was perfect for us: close to the centre but not too noisy.

We stayed 6 nights but during these days they didn't clean our room at all. Only a vacuum cleaning every 2nd or 3rd day should have been enough, but without cleaning it became too dirty.

I liked that it was convenient to 5th street and to the beach. I liked the free chair tickets at Martina’s. I liked the full kitchen. It was clean and modern. Plenty of room in my little “apartment.”

The beds are way too hard, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallways.

It was basic but such a good price and value. Anything we needed, the staff attended to it in minutes. Very friendly. Great location.

Worn down, lumpy hard bed, very basic but all in all great value for money.

The rooftop breakfast option was excellent and very reasonably priced. A friendly breakfast server prepared wonderful omelets for us each day The setup of the suite was also great for us in general-space to work and space to relax. Also, the daytime front desk staff were especially helpful.

Clear glass shower door open to the suite meant there was no possibility for privacy when taking a shower.

Perfect location (can’t be better in Playa) - right on Quinta Avenida North, but on it’s residential part. Perfectly close to everything (literally two blocks to the Pelicanos beach), eateries and all the buzz of avenida. Very clean, comfortable rooms with fully equipped kitchenette. Nice terrace on the roof.

Very limited and overpriced breakfast choices on order. Fortunately there one nice bakery Chez Celine not far. Absolutely non-soundproof rooms 😱All the sounds both from inside and outside are very well heard - so if you are light sleeper, then this option is not for you…

The location was perfect as it was more calm and less touristic in the area. We felt very safe and the place and neighbours were clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool upstairs was clean and peaceful.

Well if I had to write minor criticism. They had a coffee machine which I loved but they gave two prepared filter packages and after two days I was looking in grocery stores everywhere and couldn’t find any. Would be nice if they stocked up but understand that’s not the standard. So all I do is criticise myself for not asking hahaha

The Hotel is very nice located. It is right around the corner of 5th ave, but not right in the party center of it. So you can easy reach everything - but it is not to crowded and loud at night. The next beach is reached within a 5 min walk. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a pool and all the staff is very friendly and kind.

The Hotel was a bit hard to find, the adress provided in the booking was not the correct one. But when you search for Ah Xok Suites on Google Maps you find the correct location. The shower has not that much pressure and takes long to drain, but thats a common thing in Mexico.

Everything. Like a studio apt. We were able to cook on the little stove top. A noisy restaurant/bar was under our balcony, but there was a door between the sitting and sleeping area, so we were able to shut out the noise. The location was great, at the very beginning of 5th Ave so we could easily enjoy the activities while avoiding the main noise. The staff were amazing. Kind, helpful people, fluent in English. The housekeepers were sweet and thoughtful. Wonderful little apartment in beautiful Mexico!

Breakfast is not provided, however the kitchenette in the rooms had all the kitchen supplies needed. I loved the location and was walking distance to everything you need. Staff was welcoming and responsive.

Everything was great overall, my only recommendation is to purchase a new iron. Wi-fi was also a little spotty but its to be expected.
