Such a beautiful hotel! Facilities are just wonderful, the daily wellness programme offers a wide choice of options including yoga, sound baths, mindfulness classes. Food is fabulous, we are not vegan and there was lots of options to add in protien. Staff are exceptional, so many to mention, but especially Reyes who kept us topped up with drinks at the beach, Kassandra, our Nomadic guide, and the restaurant staff, Luis, Domingo, Juan and Blass! Plus many more! All staff are what really make this hotel, would definitely return if we get the chance.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

It would have been nice to have free access to free spa amenities like steam , sauna and hot tub.

Everything. Difficult to even give some constructive feedback. The whole complex is beautiful, food variety, quality and healthy/ taste balance is incredible, the staff is over prepared and kind. Beach bar was great, the coffe place. On top, this is a vegan paradise, but perfect if you simply want to eat healthy tasteful food. The concept of architected of life is great, but could include some other activities not so focused on healing e.g. the drawing was wonderful, the yoga too. Maybe some group training could the nice?

Only one very minor thing: the bicycles were not functioning well and even without breaks. For such a perfect place, with luxurious standards this was a minus. To be honest it was better to not even have them there until you relate them.

An amazing hotel for anyone looking for a quality vacation in a five-star hotel in a slightly different style. The rooms are equipped and luxurious. The food is excellent and interesting - a paradise for vegetarians, but fish eaters will be fine. Few chicken and meat options - but you won't miss them. The beach is perfect, just as you imagine. The pools are large and pleasant. And the staff is pleasant, attentive and available but not annoying. This hotel has a special atmosphere, which really allows you to disconnect and relax. Those looking for a marble floor - this is not the place for them. Those who want a vacation in the Mexican spirit - go for it. Suitable only for families with children who do not need round-the-clock entertainment and who are willing to experiment with new flavors. Excellent for couples. Excellent spa. We will be back..

Despite the excellent experience, we lacked the small details that turn a very good hotel into an excellent one: Little surprises in the room or during the day - something that is very acceptable in hotels at this price level. Games suitable for the beach - backgammon, chess, wooden thinking games - everything suitable for the relaxed atmosphere. The nights are completely quiet and nothing special happens in the hotel. We weren't looking for concerts and parties, but how easy it is to organize something a little different with the hotel's special values ​​that give a final touch to the nights as well. It is very lacking.

EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, from the small touches and gifts in the room, like the pretty thermo you get to bring home or the kombucha in the mini fridge, to the friendly staff that would always greet you with a smile at any part of the resort (and the always available nomadic guide, of course). Food was INCREDIBLE, as well as all the activities in the Architects of Life program. My stay was a dream wellness retreat, with all the comfort and then some. Being able to wake up, have a nespresso at sunsrise in my ocean front balcony (in the super comfy robe), head to an early breathwork session with the sound of the ocean and then take the free bike through the jungle-like resort roads to morning yoga - I got used to it really quick ;) I had an ocean view from my giant freestanding bathtub (!) Breakfast was a dream, full of healthy fresh juices, power shots, fruit bowls and super foods. Everything you desire is available for you and they make it happen. I could write for DAYS. Long story short: it was hands down the best hotel I've ever experienced (because it's way more than "just" a hotel).

AMAZING 10/10, 100% recommended!! This place is a gem. The facilities are elegant, modern, comfortable. The beach is absolutely stuning, I would say best beach in all playa del carmen, beautiful tourquise color, no seaweed, calm waters. The ocean front room view is breath taking. Attention/service from all the staff in every corner of the hotel is the best, everyone is kind, helpful, smiling, happy. The food was DELICIOUS, I am not vegan but I like health food and enjoyed every meal (all included, even the room service was delicious), there are animal protein options if you like. The drinks are amazing as well, very exotic, all of them are offered with or without alcohol. The clases (yoga, breathing, meditation, aquarella… and more) are the magic touch of the stay, all of them included. This is the perfect hotel to relax and connect with yourself, nature, good energy and people in the same frequency. For everything that offers I think the price is fair, for me every penny was worth it. I can’t recommend enough. I will definitely will be going back!

The transportation offered is way to expensive, there are better options to go from airport to the hotel and vice versa.

EVERYTHING this hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way. To start the concept is very nice and is an excellent place to relax, to reconnect with yourself and to disconnect from everything else. All the activities were amazing, the food in all restaurants was perfect, the scenary was magical, the beach is pristine and they clean it everyday from seaweed, the gym is inside a jungle literally, the room was filled with exciting ammenities and excellent treats like on our first night they received us with strawberries with non lactose dark chocolate; there were other things like coconut water, combucha, nuts, dried papaya, etc for free at the room, the hair dryer is amazing it never failed and it left my wife hairs as if she had gone to the beauty salon... our nomadic Esteban was great he was all the time helpful and on top to helpo us, drivers like Oscar who was always happy to have a talk with us and was very kind... the whole staff is perfect, the bed felt literally like sleeping on a cloud, it was incredible... the hotel is a 20/10

nothing... I just though it would be nice to include a night activity with a bonfire on the beach to tell us stories of legends of this area of Mexico or about the mayans but this is something way extra... the hotel is already long good enough

Can we give 10000/10 to the staff please? 🥰 the level of their services, the vibe their stuff is creating at this resort it’s another level 💛 and Ofc, fresh hotel with unique design and territory, delicious food in all restaurants of the resort, and all practices such as sound healing, yoga etc, they have amazing teachers and many more. I came here for vacation aka self-retreat and I can say they made me feel like home within a warm community 💛 Grasias Palmaia team🙏💛 especially: i wanted to mention names of people who was always making me feel home there, but it’s gonna be toooooo long list, so again, thanks Palmaia Team, u nailed it 🙏💛🥰 If you really wanna treat yourself I highly suggest to visit this hotel 🥰

This place is more than a excellent hotel it is the place to find yourself, make the most special experiences, meet beautiful souls and be connected with the culture and nature. No place, no hotel, no souls, no food touched my heart more than Palmaïa! It is food for your soul heart mind and body in every different ways! Love and the brightest energy everywhere. It is the place to heal and feel peace, love, harmony and meet a lot of wonder. Just beautiful and unique. You will never find a place like Palmaïa twice on our planet.
