A private little paradise! The beach is so beautiful and relaxing - and everyone is very nice! Breakfast was great too!

There is no plugs for computers in the room which was a problem for us to work. They should have them for sale or rent at the reception at least. The pharmacy next door doesn’t have them either. But my husband ended up working at the restaurant which really wasn’t so bad!

The location, the attentive nice staff, the chill relaxed vibe of the hotel.

The lack of furniture to store our luggage stuff and the bed sheets were a little crisp as opposed to soft.

the location and the entire place is stunning. Even if there is sometimes seaweed on the beach in front of the hotel, the beach right next to it had perfectly blue, clean water. The yoga space is wonderful and the hotel provides free classes every morning. The pool is small but gorgeous. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious, with many vegie and vegan options and the best smoothies. It is expensive but so tasty. The staff are lovely and very friendly. 100% I would go back. It is also very close to the local cenotes.

Beware of the booking.com misleading promotion regarding the free taxi ride. It is not from Cancun airport. Don't be fooled. They will do nothing to help you and the hotel staff have no idea booking.com is running this misleading promotion.

Location is spectacular, jungle meets the ocean edge, it’s like stepping into another land or a lost paradise, spectacular energy and beautiful sacred messages infused into ever aspect of the hotel! Waking to birdsong at sunrise every morning she’s each day up to be magically golden, the staff go above and beyond, the whole ethos of this hotel is divine in every way

The bungalow was on the second floor and had a great view n lovely night breezes. It was my wife's birthday and the staff organised a little cake plus balloons on the bed. We were also told about a new Cenote nearby, which was fantastic. Missed the Tulum Ruins as they were closed. The resort is very private and very relaxing. The resort restaurant has great staff, Samuel n Jhony, great food n good value for money.

Seaweed on the beach, but the resort employed 3 men to work continuously to remove the seaweed. A big job, but their pool made up for it

This is paradise on earth. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed and we’ve seen many. Location is great. Especially if you want to relax and get away from everything that hunts you in your everyday life. This is the northern part of zona hotelera so it’s a bit outside of the crowd and party zone of Tulum beach. This means that is the safest part to be in Tulum. But it also means that you’ll need a car or a taxi or even a bike to move outside the hotel. If this is all along your plan then this place is perfect. It’s a small secluded place of paradise. One of the big advantages is the Casa Maria restaurant which at your feet and offers one of the best foods and views in town with some lounge and live music every night. Oh we could spend here every night if we had the time. I also recommend the massage by the ocean. It’s one of the best I had in my life. The ladies were so professional. And lastly the service and the people working here are the best team. With Josmar especially we came to become friends and we’ll wait for him and his family to visit us anytime. Thank you for an amazing experience.

The property is in the natural reserve nearby the pyramids. The area is nice as it is more quite and more into the nature. You can also walk to the pyramids or to a larger public beach.

The hotel is very nice, and for Tulum prices, it’s not expensive. However, our room was one of the cheapest and it was really different from the rest, it was on the back and it was really small. In that sense, it was not proportional in terms of value-price compared to the other rooms.

Our family loved the magical vibe, at Diamante K - from well maintained beach, and ocean front dining, to the friendly, attentive staff who made us feel welcome, thoughtful and excellent concierge service, the rustic chic bungalows, and amazing, healthy seafood and Mexican cuisine at Casa Maria that we enjoyed every day. Thoroughly enjoyed the wellness sessions provided at no cost for guests, from yoga to clarifying Breathwork, to cacao ceremonies.. they were each rejuvenating and truly special to experience.

Nothing, we loved everything!!

We loved the ambiance of intimate Diamante-K : The palm leaf roofs, natural stone walls, mosquito canopy surrounding the bed, private swimming cove, wonderful restaurant and bar serving on the beach and under the huge palm roof, beach beds, swim pool was exactly the beach getaway we were seeking. Staff was always friendly and always helpful. The old laid-back, beach vibe Tulum was famous for.

Diamante-K should stay just as it is. There wasn't a thing we'd change
