The menu was slightly limited and overpriced. The rooms could be improved with a mini fridge for drinks and Nespresso machine as coffee wasn’t available until 8 am at the bar.

The beach is beautiful. The private access is amazing with reservations for beach beds possible for hotel guests. Staff is very friendly. Location is very good. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Morning yoga is a nice added inclusion.

These is literally nowhere in the room to unpack anything. There were 4 hangars- no drawers, no shelving. Nowhere to put any toiletries. Nothing. The drink prices are outrageous in the rooftop bar. This is in all of Tulum. But charging $40 for a glass of wine is insane.

Amazing beach club, amazing pool, amazing staff, amazing food!! We are so glad we stayed here, and after walking along the beach and looking at other resorts, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else along Tulum Beach. While you do have to walk 20-30 mins to the more popular restaurants, the hotel has a great rooftop bar, two gorgeous pool areas and a lush restaurant for the times you don’t want to make the trip into the more central part of the Tulum Beach village.

While the rooms are beautiful with their minimalistic design, our shower flooded the bathroom due to the poor drainage (too much water and not enough of a slope down towards the drain). Was not a huge issue for us, we just don’t recommend storing anything important under the sink as it will get wet.

The hotel is stylish whilst at the same time remaining wonderfully functional. The spaces created for guests to relax are beautiful and well thought out. The staff are exceptional, every single member of the team works tirelessly to ensure guests are having a great experience. Service is prompt without feeling pushy, food is absolutely delicious and punches well above its weight. The hotel is located away from the party zone and music is turned off at 10pm every night - perfect for a lovely atmosphere whilst knowing you will get a relaxing nights sleep.

What beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Panamera really has it all? If you’re looking for an upscale aesthetically pleasing hotel choose Panamera. Firstly I was greeted my Aurelia she was super helpful and polite she escorted me to my room and told me everything I needed to know, she was super helpful. I liked how they updated us through WhatsApp, they hold cocktail party nights on the roof terrace which was super classy, sleek & relaxed. There’s the beautiful pool area next to the restaurant and a private resident swimming pool in the new block. I participated in morning yoga with Marianna in the yoga studio on the beach- she was amazing, she has great energy and very down to earth. I also took part in the sound healing ritual which was incredible. Not forgetting the lovely, polite and professional restaurant staff who couldn’t do enough for you. As a restaurant manager myself I was impressed with their service. They gave me great recommendations, went out their way to check you’re enjoying your time whilst dining there and even came to beach area to offer and run drinks for guests. Lastly, Thankyou to the housekeeping team my bedroom was immaculate, fresh towels, freshly made beds and not noisy at all. Not once was I disturbed. As a whole Thankyou to all the staff at Panamera, you made my time there magical & relaxing. I’d give you ten stars if I could.

The hotel's design is simply stunning, from the lobby to the beach, the pools, and the rooms. It offers the perfect beach in all of Tulum, with impeccably beautiful beds, and it's the only beach where seaweed is consistently cleaned. The vibrant music and lively atmosphere add to the enjoyment. The hotel restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food, and the rooftop provides an incredible view on one side of the sea and on the other side, the lush jungle. The pools and jacuzzis are perfect for relaxation, and the staff members are both nice and accommodating.

my only concern was that the room had a noticeable moldy odor, and there was no blanket provided, only a sheet, which was a bit inconvenient.

The property is stunning and well maintained. I was in the new wing of the hotel. It is quiet, has a view of the ocean but not whole view. The room is small and minimalist. There is a safe for you, no fridge but daily two bottles of water. Housekeeping is around 5 pm, and turn down service is 9 pm. I thought it was late but I think it is part of the tulum culture - people have dinner around 8 30 / 9 pm. It is smack center, south of the beach (where you want to be anyway) as hotel zone itself is remote. There are two pools, very comfortable. And of course, the ocean. I has such a lovely stay. Shout out to Alberto who went above and beyond! Thank you Alberto! The entire staff are polite and gracious. It was really memorable. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel the design is amazing, wonderful staff very friendly yet professional. Food was amazing (very expensive we expected it though). The beach is wonderful and very well kept, super clean, great ambiance. Shoutout to our waiter Edouardo and the whole team who made the difference for us. Front desk crew was also awesome and helped us many times.

The design is so beautiful but it lacked comfort, the bed was very firm (and we don’t consider ourselves picky sleepers) so we had some trouble sleeping. It was hard to stay organized since there is so little furniture to get settled in the room.

We had a minor issue with our room reservation (we didn't exactly get the one I reserved) and was disappointed at first, but the staff went above and beyond to compensate — they gave me a refund, plus a surprise dinner with drinks and made sure our stay was great (special shout out to Antonio, thank you). The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing pool, by the beach, great location close to restaurants but not too close to the busiest area. I would definitely come back. Nice breakfast, great staff and food by the beach and rooftop.

Besides the unpleasant surprise I had with the room (see above): Wifi connection wasn't great inside our room (it worked but was unstable), although it was great in the rest of the facilities (I had to join a few videos calls and it worked perfectly). The room could have a bit more shelves or hangers while still keeping the same minimal design (it's hard to find space for clothes and toiletries). My only REAL suggestion would be to add a door or at least a curtain to separate the toilet area from the rest of the bathroom/space (it's slightly uncomfortable to have to share everything with your partner).

Beautiful space, incredible design, pool and beach club were amazing, and loved all the f&b spaces including the beautiful rooftop. The staff were all incredible and nice!

As much as I appreciate the minimalist design, would have loved a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang all the bikinis that needed to be dried! Maybe one more additional spot in the room to store items or hang more things. Anything else that could provide a bit more utility for the traveler with a decent amount of stuff.
