The place is like a little oasis, with lots of greenery and a nice pool in the middle. It's near the main road but there is little noise. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Communicating in English was easy, especially with Rodrigo who really went out of his way to help us out with a lot of questions and situations in which we needed help, which we are super grateful for! The breakfast next to the pool is great, the staff would make either omelettes or pancakes (or sometimes both) they were super friendly and helpful too!

The floor in the shower was not leveled and was made out of pebbles, so it wasn't comfortable to stand on and also not very hygienic (as it's not easy to clean) so this could use improvement.

We stayed at Villa O2 for just one night but truly wished we could have stayed longer! The room was comfortable and perfectly suited for the three of us. The air conditioning worked well, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served by the pool. A special thank you to Rodrigo for his invaluable local insights. His knowledge and passion for Tulum were evident, and his advice on visiting the Tulum ruins made our experience smooth and enjoyable, even with our 5-year-old. We highly recommend Villa O2 and hope to return for a longer stay!

The water in the shower was not warm enough, but for one night that didn't prove too challenging.

Our stay at Villas H2O in Tulum was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully designed and offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Located in a tranquil area of Tulum and close to the ADO bus station, it provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The lush garden and the inviting pool area were available for relaxation, even though we didn’t have the chance to use them. The staff at Villas H2O were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Nadia and Juan Carlos. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations, making our trip even more enjoyable. Although we only stayed one night before our flight home, it was perfect.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were not many options, and everything seemed left to our own guess. If we didn’t ask, we didn’t get what we needed. The food often tasted soggy and warm, which was not ideal given the hot weather. This is an area the hotel could certainly improve on to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this minor setback, we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Tulum.

After spending a month in Merida, we booked a few days in Tulum to finish our trip to Mexico. We wanted somewhere relaxing, with a pool, and a base from which we could go to the Tulum ruins. H2O ticked all the boxes and then some. What a fantastic little oasis of calm, away from the busy road that runs through the town. The family room was spacious and well equipped - very clean. The pool was amazing; great to actually be able to swim some lengths. All the staff were super helpful. The whole place felt very relaxed and calm. This would be the perfect place to get away from it all for a few days and just switch off. It's near to a lot of great places to eat as well. And the collectivo stop for Tulum Ruins/Playa Del Carmen is about two minutes away.

The breakfast could have been a little bit better. There was a small selection of fruit and cereal. Plenty of coffee. But only one fairly tasteless watermelon juice. There were a couple of ladies that made toast and freshly cooked eggs - which was great. But would have been nice to have a bit more of a choice.

The pool is superb! Super private, never crowded, big, beautifully located in the middle of trees and plants. The concept of the hotel is so nice with every room having their own private entrance. Friendly staff.

The rooms have small maintenance issues and would be a benefit to have a TV and kettle. The breakfast is poor. As a suggestion, I would recommend the creation of a small breakfast menu because we never knew what was available for the breakfast.

We came here for a bachelorette party. The staff went above and beyond when a girl came down with sickness. The breakfast was delicious with the sweetest staff. Also had a security guard every night to insure the safety of patrons. It is located on a nice quiet street but close enough to all the main areas of downtown. Would suggest this place to anyone and will stay again!

The staff is very helpfull and always ready to answer all your questions. The ladies of the breakfast prepare your eggs and/or waffles to your liking so you can start the day fully fueled. The swimming pool was a very welcome to cool off from the hot summer days, especially for the children. Further more, we forgot some clothing items when we left, they reached out to us and kept them until we could pick them up.

The location is not really on walking distance of the commercial center of Tulum. At least not at 38-40 degrees Celsius. :) But you know that when you reserve. So if you don't have your own (rental) car, it might be less convenient for you.

The pool and garden are really nice. After we found ants in our room, we got upgraded to the penthouse which was really comfortable. Beds were wider and very comfortable.

In general rooms would need some freshen up. Doors are old and partially destroyed and furniture is not the newest. Location is quite off. The street by the hotel is totally dark and not very comfortable to walk in the evening. Breakfast could definitely be improved. Not much to choose from.

Clean, beautiful and, spacious room with a safe, fridge and balcony overlooking the pool. Tea and water for free 24h/7 at the common area next to the pool, where also the breakfast is served. Breakfast was good and included coffee/tea, fresh fruit, cereals, toast with yam, freaky made eggs of your choice (boiled, omelette, etc) and fresh pancakes. Car can be parked outside of the complex directly next to the building. The staff was always super friendly, helpful and professional. When we arrived in the next hotel we realized that we forgot something there and they arranged a DHL express delivery for us. Awesome service! Thank you, Juan Carlos, and your team for the great experience.

The only thing we did not like was that the fridge in the room made some sound. During the day no problem but during the night it can disturb the sleep. We didn't need the fridge so no issue for us.

Penthouse was nice and pool very beautiful. Good value for money when comparing with other places in Tulum. Very nice staff, they answered to all our requests and even provided us a nice take away breakfast for the day we had an excursion and we could not enjoy the breakfast at the hotel.

Better to have a car because not so close to the city center by walk. Room was also laking of cosy decoration on the empty walls.
