About 5 blocks from the Convent. Fairly easy walk to the resaurants on 41A WEmissed breakfast to get to Chicen Itza at open but they were nice enough to makeus very good tamales to go for Lunch. Missed breakfast 2nd day to go to airport. (they said they would bring fruit night before but never did). Owner was friendly but he doesnt speak English. His son did. Owners were security aware with locked parking and entrance--felt safe

they were working on a truck at far end of yard and was noisy A/C is in small Bedroom only. Space is certainly generous for price but kitchen, bath, sitting area very hot

It's a lovely Mexican vibe home, hosts are very friendly and helpful. Alan is really great and always there to help and offer suggestions. Beautiful garden outside the room. Location is great. It's a walking distance to a square and street with great little restaurants. We came early and they gladly accommodated our early check-in.

Not much privacy as all the rooms are next to each other and open to the garden side. You hear and see the shadows of everyone passing by. It wasn't much of a problem for us though as we were only there for one night and we only needed the room to shower and sleep, and for that it was great!

That I lucked out and was the only one there.The beautiful back yard.The quietness of it.Very relaxing.

Not a biggie but was supposed to have a seperate living room but didnt, and was sad after previous people raved about breakfast but no longer offered.You have to go out to get food all the time as no facilitiees for food there.

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Palagui Colonial... With its charming colonial style, gorgeous gardens, very quiet and peaceful property yet, short walking distance to the Old Convent and town centre.. Wifi was great (I work remotely) and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Casa Palagui here in Valladolid. It is very central and easy walking distance from the markets, restaurants and centeal Cenote Zaci. Casa Palagui was the perfect haven, we slept so well and didn't hear any noise from the street outside. The bed is comfortable and the little appartment was just perfect, even little touches like drinking water and coffee were supplied. The decor had vintage charm like staying at your favourite grannies house! We had a rental car and the secure off street parking was an added bonus. Highly recommended!

The property is truly wonderful! It has a unique character regarding its decor, its beautiful and colorful garden and its exceptionally attentive and caring owners. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning and WiFi work well, the open air common area outside of the rooms and apartments is charming!

We loved EVERYTHING about the property and its owners!

booking.com states exceptional breakfast and a numerous reviews stated the breakfast was exceptional. However, they do not serve breakfast. Maybe they did in the past but as they no longer do this should be updated on booking.com. Not sure if it would have changed our choice but it shouldn't be listed if it does not exist

Beautiful garden, lovely room, more like an apartment with stocked kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Would have loved to stay longer! Very convenient to tourist sites but just a bit off the beaten path. A short walk to the parks, restaurants, shops and Cathedral. Staff we're attentive and helpful.

The room was roomy and well stocked with water, coffee and coffee machine. Medium sized refrigerator. The room was nicely decorated. Beautiful courtyard and garden. Covered outdoor sitting area with table chairs right outside of the room. Safe parking area for the car. Easy walking distance to the amenities in the town. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is very nice quiet and comfortable. The rooms are clean and there are some refreshments as a courtesy at your arrival. The host gave us relevant information about the place and the city as well so it was very useful.

At night the curtains don’t block all the light from outside.
