Location, access to street parking, good price/value.

1. People at the front desk were unfriendly. They didn't usually acknowledge us as we came and went. 2. We were told it would cost 300 pesos to put the hotel charge on our credit card so we had to run around to find a cash machine. Very strange since no other hotels did this. 3. Breakfast is abysmal: coffee is terrible, fruit was unripe and overripe, margarine, no butter, poor quality white bread. Basically, we had to go out for coffee and breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a good place and it’s very quiet . Close to the central area of Valladolid. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The whole place has a nice design and is very welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The breakfast is basic. Some fruits, toast, jam and butter, orange juice and coffee. It’s not the best option, especially if you have a long and exhausting day ahead. Also, be prepared with cash. You can’t pay with card at the property.

The place is pretty and the staff is very attentive. The room had everything we needed from a closet and a table to put our things on, to an extra blanket (which I used because my husband and I like different A/C temperatures). The room had the perfect size and it was super clean. It is well located, just a few blocks away from the main plaza and good restaurant options are also nearby. The property doesn't have a parking garage, but parking on the street is allowed and free. This is a nice place for any kind of plan from a romantic gateway to a family vacation.

Our room was located right in front of the dining area so in the morning was a bit noisy.

room nr.9 has no ventilation in the bathroom so the smell gets awful (borderline unbearable) when the doors are closed.. the windows of the room offer 0 sound isolation to the outside, the traffic is heard loudly, but is luckily not that frequent.. no refrigerator

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. This was the first hotel with normal bathroom and hot water during our 2-week stay in Mexico! Nice staff.

Poor breakfast. No vegetables, only papaya, toasts and artificial jam :(. I wish that information had been included in the hotel description.

Very friendly staff that also helped us organize day tours to Ek Balam and the cenotes. Very clean and comfortable room with a nice bathroom compared to other rooms we booked at a similar price. The location is also very good at less than 5min walking from the main square.

There was a lot of noise from the street as the room’s window faces the road. It gets quieter at night but the noise starts again rather early in the morning and lasts the whole day. It’s also worth mentioning that the breakfast is very minimalistic. Coffee/water plus a bit of fruits and bread.

The location was very good to visit the city and move around by car, it has place to park in the roads around and the location is quite and secure.

The decoration maybe a bit old and in the breakfast they should offer more variety of products.

Rooms were throughly cleaned every day. Really nice positioning of the hotel - close to the main park, but still far enough that it was not (too) noisy.

Bad positioning of the AC (fan blowing right to the head when lying in the bed). Uncomfortable pillows. Really bad breakfast.

Great location of the hotel, in the center of Valladolid. Staff was really friendly, we could even let our baggage at the reception after our check out. Breakfast was simple, but nice.

Our room was located in the street level with windows into the main street, which was very loud (traffic).
