Excellent location - in the center of the city. Excellent breakfast and spacious breakfast area. Attentive and polite staff. Two restaurants - on the ground floor and on the roof where you get a great view of the city.

Hotel parking which is too little - several times it was needed to find parking on the street. Also, in the parking is difficult to maneuver.

Everything was great! After a few hiccups regarding the room at the beginning they offered us an upgrade that we were happy with. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable.

The prices are kind of steep for Moldova. Other than that it was amazing.

I made reservations for my family and they very liked this hotel. Service was very nice and room was very comfortable. Very beautiful hotel. I will recommend. Very thankful for Veronika, she helped my Family with everything.

I loved the chair by the window, where I would sometimes find myself reading a book or magazine or typing away at my laptop for work. The rain shower was amazing + I loved the zoom-in mirror for make-up application. With regard to facilities and staff (on most cases - see below for some improvement), 10/10.

I didn't like that to extend my stay I had to pay significantly more than when I initially booked the room. Understood it was a busy weekend due to elections so most rooms were taken, however I gave a heads up about my interest in extending from the very first day I checked in. When I went later in the week to check on extending the room, I was told, at first, that there were no rooms. Only after at length conversations we settled on a different room. Eventually, I was able to extend the same room I originally booked, so all was OK. But the communication overall could be better.

This Hotel is the your best choice when visiting Chisinau. The location is as good as it gets, near the main square, so you are close to everything. I would like to thank the hotel staff for assistance, they were amazing, friendly and polite. If you want to have good time in Chisinau, come here. Also do not forget to go for a cocktail to their rooftop bar “Zaxi”

The TV had a small strip of screen that was broken, but they wanted to repair it immediately, due to our tight schedule we decided not to, so it was just a small disadvantage.

I loved how clean everything felt. The towels were soft, and the bedsheets felt and looked new. Level of cleanliness 10/10, and that was my main requirement. The location couldn't be more convenient. The staff extremely polite, welcoming.

There was a large and loud crowd in the room next to me. They smoked on a non-smoking floor, and the way the hotel handled that was unacceptable. Basically, nothing was done. I got moved to a different room at 2 am., then to a business room the next day, which was too big for my needs, and had a leaking shower/tub. To be fair, it was a lot more quite being in the corner of the building. I cannot blame the staff though, they acted, I assume, in accordance with their training.

Breakfast - the best that you can find in Moldova. Room was perfectly clean and tidy and the staff on the highest level with the service, this Hotel deserve the name of Radisson Blu

Excellent location, comfortable and quiet room (just how we asked for), clean facilities, very responsive staff, overall a great hotel.

Too expensive for Chisinau.
