This was our first time in Chisinau and the Thomas Albert Hotel was definitely one of the reasons for our very positive impression. Upon our arrival and check-in, we were informed that we were upgraded (free of charge) to the best rook in the hotel. This was a penthouse suite, which was very nice looking, huge, and had anything you might want or need. We loved the location and the neighborhood, many good restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Finally, the hotel has one of the best restaurants in town at -1 level. It's called Divus and we cannot stress out how amazing the food is. Just go there and try yourself - especially if you are a wine lover

The hotel breakfast could be more diverse. Everything was tasty and fresh but felt a bit basic for such an amazing hotel.

In my view, it is the best hotel in Chisinau, located in the city center, within walking distance to the square and cathedral. The hotel itself is modern, with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had some misunderstandings with the hotel staff during our stay, but they handled the situation very professionally, which was exemplary. As a gesture of goodwill, we received a bottle of wine as a present. The hotel also has a great restaurant offering both international and Moldovan cuisines, which I highly recommend. The location is pleasant for walking and close to shops and restaurants. If you are arriving by car, it might be a bit problematic, as the hotel parking lot is a few minutes' walk away. However, you can also park on the street, just 20 seconds' walk away, or drop off your luggage and park the car in a dedicated spot.

The hotel was in the centre of town. We arranged roundtrip transport via the hotel from the airport. This was well priced in comfortable cars. The check-in was fast and the rooms spacious and comfortable. There was a mini-bar in the room and 2 bottles of wine, with wine glasses, if you'd like some wine. The prices for drinks were reasonable. The breakfast was good, and on the weekend they even had a bottle of prosecco, if you'd like a glass. Most major sights were within a short walking distance, so during the 3 days we stayed, we managed to cover most sights. There were also many restaurants, cafes and bars a short walk from the hotel. I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel, and will for sure stay there again next time I travel to Chisinau.

we were not happy with the service and the price of the restaurant next door,which however does not belong to the hotel

- Everything is new - Rooms are very spacious - Hotel is located close to 2 parks - Breakfast is good (but limited)

- We've stayed in this hotel twice. Each time in a room of the same category. But rooms differed. The second time the beds were less comfortable and there was a giant glass wall in the room through which you could see everything that happens in the shower. Not everybody likes that. - There were ants in the shower - The food variety for breakfast is very limited

Very clean and comfortable room, good wifi, exceptional staff. Breakfast had a decent amount of choices to suit everyone - if you want 200 kinds of cereals or yoghurts, then go elsewhere and pay 4 times as much; if you want a nice honest selection for breakfast then this is just fine. Short walk to restaurants. The hotel itself (guests etc) was very quiet. No music/parties until 4am etc.

Barking dogs - not hotel's fault, but in this part of the world there are backing dogs everywhere.

1- So clean 2-room design excellent 3-signage excellent very useful 4-ventilation excellent. 5-Tea, water and coffee are free in the room, 6-the cupboard is filled with the quality drinks we want.(extra. 😉)

1-The staff at the reception is very well dressed. 2-Very respectful 3-very funny.🤗 4-Very respectful and caring 5-When checking out in many European hotels, the reception asks if they are using the drinks in the cupboard and then they check it out. But they asked in this hotel and they certainly did not check it. This was very interesting for me. I also thank them very much for their trust.🙏🌺🙏

Very clean, amazing neatness, excellent service. The day staff, the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff was top service, very polite and respectful.

The night shift reception guy was cold and not kind. Spoke rudely and with distrust, and did not speak any English or Romanian, only Russian

The Location is fantastic, within 5 minutes you can walk to the city center. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and modern. Comfortable beds and functioning AC and heating. I was very happy that the hotel has non smoking rooms. The Restaurant is very stylish and has a great menu. Staff was very friendly. Small breakfast with all essentials for a fair price.

Information booklet in the room had wrong information (sauna and pool was mentioned but not available at thw hotel). The lobby area could be a bit more inviting its a great space but not really used. Having a drink there if it would be more inviting would be very enjoyable. The Restaurant is in the basement so its a nice alternative to relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace is preety nice too but unused. In the room I was missing tissues paper in the bathroom. Price was okay could be a bit lower for what is being offered,for a boutique hotel there is definitely room for improvement to justify that price.

Lovely little hotel in the center of Chisinau. comfortable rooms with all amenities (coffee maker, fridge) and nice views (for the rooms on the back of the building, which are more quiet). Amazingly helpful and friendly staff: reception, cleaning staff, driver, all were unfailingly kind, helpful, friendly. Nice (but not cheap) restaurant in the same building.

Really it was a lovely stay. The only thing I can think of is that fresh bread for breakfast would be lovely. (And maybe an espresso machine?) But those are just details. Also, it is good for guests to know that the rooms at the front of the building are noisier than the ones at the back (but all are very nice).
