Great location, near the center but in a quiet place. 2 Min walk from La- Placinte restaurant. 5-10 min walk from Triumph Arc. We got room number 7 on the 2nd floor with slanted roof in some part. We lived here with our two teenage boys as a family of 4. Very spacious place, big bathroom, We loved our stay here. Only two drawback would be no elevator here. So we had to lift our luggage all the way up. The window facing one of the beds has no curtain. So the light would peep in early in the morning as it was summer. You have to keep the keys at reception while going out of the property. We were having locker in the room.

Breakfast was ok, it can be improved. Mgmt should check about the curtain arrangement in the room. Only 1 small bottle of water was available in the room during check-in. At least 1 bottle per person should be provided.

The rooms are spotless, and I love the modern design and brand-new furniture and fixtures. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The staff is friendly and attentive—they even arranged a taxi for my mom from the airport and called to let us know when I forgot my headphones. I loved the music channel in the kitchen. An excellent stay and great value for the money!

I’d love to see shower gel provided as an added touch.

intimate boutique hotel of the highest standard, very nice, supportive service (the lady from the reception ordered me not only a taxi but also a tour of the vineyard, when there were no more places online), clean, quiet, very good breakfasts, mini bar in the room a big plus, modern room, balcony, view of the trees, great location, 10 minutes to the city center and at the same time close to shops and restaurants

The staff were wonderful! Alex was fantastic! He was so helpful with advice, welcoming and spoke incredible English! The location was very convenient and the rooms were extremely comfortable and nice. All the staff were very hospitable and helpful. I had booked a room with balcony but it was no big issue. I was really happy how spacious, comfortable and luxurious the room was!

Nothing to dislike. Will definitely return!

The staff at Komilfo were fantastic! They were all pleasant, helpful, and courteous. They interacted with Romanian, Russian, German, and English speakers daily and did so with patience. We received fresh towels daily. The breakfast had a variety of both local and international cuisines.

Parking during the day was limited. The wifi wasn't good in our room.

I had a king suit and it was very clean and comfy. Staff was cleaning every day. I especially liked the bath in the room - it was something extraordinary. Breakfast was fine, not various options but you could make yourself full if you're not choosy. The location is quiet and app. 15 min. by walk from the center.

It was a little bit cold in the room but there was a heater that you could turn on. If you're not used to being in shoes in your room be prepared to take warmer socks (or use slippers that the hotel offered). The floor was cold.

- Kind personnel. - Clean room and bathroom. - Parking spot behind the building. - Tasty breakfast. - Furniture design is not modern, but not bad quality, so let's say it's a bit "+", than "-"

- Wi-Fi is almost not working. Every 5min it's disappearing. Bad quality. - Bed have wooden headboard slat, so you have to use additional pillow to protect your head and it's only 2pillows available for double bed, luckily I was alone, so used second pillow as described. - Bath is available in bathroom, but plug is impossible to use, so you can use only shower.

The truth is the hotel was even more than expected A place not far from the center (there is a walk but not too much) Relatively clean and comfortable and a big room. The breakfasts are quite simple but very pleasant. It's not a luxury hotel but if you're looking for something simple that's definitely worth the money I recommend

I stayed for 11 days. Thank you Tatiana for the good service. It was always nice when you were working. The breakfast is fine. The price quality was good. Very friendly lady serving the breakfast. The laundry service was good. I got tourist information and explanation about the history of Moldova. The front desk has assisted with food ordering a number of times. Super! Free parking in front of the hotel. The manager was very nice and he took time for conversations. He has an excellent team! Within a few minutes you are in the shopping street. Quiet area, slept well.
