Bedroom was clean and bright and had a decent view of the pool and was in a very quite location. Could not have asked for more really.

Only downside to our visit was on the last day while checking out one male employee who i never seen before during my stay and seemed to be a manager (as he was wearing suit) was extremely rude and shouted at us while leaving the accommodation which was quite sad actually as all other employees and staff were extremely helpful kind and lovely. If i had his name i would have sent an email to the hotel to complain. Pool bar prices were also quite pricy for Morocoo. Other than that i would return to the Hotel again.

The staff, they are wonderful people, the location right on beach, and close to town Center. There’s few restaurants Bars in the hotel.

It’s a very large complex extending over several blocks. Wi-Fi is very weak or not available unless your room is in the main building. There are no outlets to charge your phone or laptop. I unplugged the dryer in the bathroom to use the outlet to charge my phone.

The facilities are amazing, the food is quite good. Nice comfortable bed, everything is clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect.

The room needs a little TLC. Only 1 socket is available to charge your stuff. I had to turn off the fridge in order to have an extra socket. There are a few more sockets in the room, but none of them work.

Staff and service were amazing. I want to thanks reception guys in general and the animation team - you all are great. Also own beach and people looking after that is a very good asset.

There could have been more personal hygiene related stuff in the bathroom.

The location is excellent and the property is very spacious and clean. The staff in particular are beyond excellent, especially the team taking care of guests at the pool and the animation/entertainment team. The pool is superb. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were very very comfortable and the housekeeping team was very friendly and diligent. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge selection of local and international options. I want to say a special thank you to the wonderful Hamid from the breakfast team who took excellent care of us each morning during our 1-week trip.

The WiFi could benefit from an upgrade, especially in the rooms. It worked fine in the lobby and near the pool. And while the rooms are a little dated, I must say they were very clean.

The warmth and generosity of staff and the facility. Terrific food, local and international. Great AI and the hotel insisted I kept the green-pass band until leaving overnight. Every night is a party with dancing in the Cocktail Bar to live music...lucky us. Outsiders and guests welcome.

I wonder if the music acceleration by the pool 3pm to 5pm could be calmed a little? Also a new playlist of all the terrific Arab African musicians that there are, with some ambient notes in the mix. There is a terrace on the Roma restaurant elevation, ideal for a sofa club of white leather sofas, gas flames, soft music and swing seaters. It could be a lovely and mod addition for residents and welcome passersby. Service is already excellent.

Location was perfect. The pool was clean and there was always a spot to sit no matter the time of day. Access to the beach and promenade was perfect. The private beach area was the same. No need to worry about finding shade or a chair. The breakfast was also great with 2 fresh to order stations plus lots of other delicious food. I didn’t pick the all inclusive so I’m not sure about the other meals. The evening drinks inside were always welcomed with live music and/or dancing which was great to relax with the other guests. The staff was wonderful. Extremely welcoming and helpful. The best was the entertainment staff always checking in on how you are doing during the day and organizing activities. Only stayed 4 nights but could’ve easily stayed a few weeks.

Only complaint was the WiFi was slow at times but honestly it just made you enjoy being in Morocco disconnected from social media that much more. The decor is dated but very well maintained. No issue for me but if you’re looking for posh you might be disappointed.

Food selection was vast, our daughter can be fussy and she found something at every meal. The fresh pizza and pasta were a bonus.The salad bars, grilled meat and fish were some of the best foods we have had at an all inclusive. Fresh fish at lunch times was my favourite along with a traditional tagine was just amazing. The chefs work very hard preparing and catering for so many guests. Rooms spacious and bright, didn't need to use air con as it was quite cool. Location is great, right on beach. We walked up and down the beachfront every day. All inclusive selection of drinks were OK but be expected to be charged for certain branded spirits.

Internet access was not consistent other than in communal areas. some areas of hotel could do with some tlc as it looked dated

Nice comfortable and clean room, facilities at the hotel were good. Very good location right next to the beach and local amenities.

As with all hotels (at least the ones i have used) in Morocco the WiFi is poor-i would recommend getting a local Sim at the airport if you intend on needing it for work or heavy use (100DH for 10Gb) which saves a huge amount vs the roaming charge of about £8 with UK contracts. The gym is very basic with multiple broken equipment (maybe this was bad timing as they said it was planned to be fixed in a few days)

As soon as you get into the hotel the staff was very welcoming especially the receptionist Abdullahi he looked after us very well all staff was very nice and kind and helpful The rooms are good size gets cleaned every day lots activities to do I have so much fun I loved how the beach is walking distance from the hotel 🥰 everything about Agadir Beach Club is very good and best place for everyone to have a relaxing holiday there's so many lovely restaurants I had the best 7 days of my life I will definitely be back soon with other family members

Wi-Fi was not good that's the only thing they need to work on and change
