Lovely room overlooking the beach and Jane our housekeeper was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and had exceptional customer service. Food was good and of good quality. Fridge stocked up daily with water and cans. Short walk to the shops etc.

The sunbed situation was ridiculous. One couple of German women put their towels down on one of the day beds and didn’t return for 7 hours! All the sun beds were always taken around the pool, mostly by people who weren’t even there!

Everything was great especially the staff and food was good for a 4 star. I feel the staff favoured the French guests In the morning at breakfast because they seemed to run around after them but left other guests waiting longer but this was only outside in the morning.

I didn't like the fact that Booking.com sold us this hotel without a balcony and not explaining there was no balcony as I would not of booked it if I had known.

We arrived around 13:30hrs so our room was not quite ready. We had lunch whilst waiting for our room, this was tasty and there is so much choice. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, not many channels to choose from on TV so we stuck to CNN. The shower was powerful. Each day, the staff worked hard to clean this large accommodation. The decor was lovely and location great, 10 minute ride to the large market, 25 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed a massage too, the live entertainment was great. Beach is right outside. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy more facilities. The food in the al a carte menu was very limited so I would not bother, in fact, a few of us changed our mind and ate at the restaurant. There are overwhelming choices for food. One of the staff offered us a private taxi to visit around Agadir for 3 hours for €40, we took this opportunity, visited Oufla, the markets and our driver was fantastic. A special thank you to the lovely lady who made us fresh protahs every morning!

The Receptionist on arrival must learn how to smile and greet Guests! The all inclusive alcohol was not tasty and we couldn't drink the spirits so stuck to red wine which was average, my tip would be to bring your favourite tipple from duty free. The towels were quite worn, not soft, could do with replacing. When the room was cleaned we weren't given pillow covers or enough toilet roll. Bathrobes were on request, not already in the room. Toiletries were basic, just one wash gel for everything so if you are particular, bring your own shampoo etc. The lock on the toilet door was not working. There should be more choice of English channels on TV.

Nicely decorated communal areas, spacious rooms, generally warm and friendly staff, and nice grounds right opposite the beach. For an all inclusive resort, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food (not to say it was the best ever - but above expectations!). Even as vegetarians, we always had plenty to choose from. We had a nice hammam experience, and an excellent massage. It was busy but not full, which made it feel more relaxed. Huge diversity of guests, which made it feel welcoming to everyone.

We're generally not big beach resort/buffet types, and this didn't change our mind - but we still had a great time, and the hotel does a good job.

The staff, the food and the location were all excellent. Large comfortable rooms.

There is a private disco “Papagaio” within the building under some of the guest rooms and is a huge issue for the guests staying in that section of the building affected by the noise coming up through the bathrooms and windows until 5am every night. The reservation of sunbeds is also an issue, having to put the towels on the sunbeds by the pool very early, as by 8 am everything was already booked. The quality of drinks in bars.

We were given a large room with superb ocean view, really enjoyed watching sunset from the comfortable balcony chairs. The staff was very friendly and ready to answer all questions any time of the day. The food, facilities, activities organised by Blue crew, massages in the Thalassotheray centre, were all exceptional!

The coffee was not the best, but that did not dampen the overall great experience

Staff are really nice

beds and specially the pillows are not very comfortable. You need to insist that you paid extra to get a room with sea view otherwise they put you in any regular room :(

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were really nice, the all inclusive food buffet was fantastic (lots of salads and vegetables) and we were consistently impressed with the quality of the food. We had a sea view room which had lovely views of the sea. The pool area was great and there was plenty of seating and being adults only, it was very relaxed.. However the hotel itself was lovely - the lobby area is like something out of an Agatha Christie Hercule Poirot novel! Would happily come here again

The beach isn’t that great (there’s a lot of rubbish on it like condoms which was a bit disgusting) so even though we did a few beach walks we never swam in the sea as we were worried about contamination of the water. That’s not the property’s fault though. Also our room’s wardrobes smelt of urine for some reason. Not sure why but we had to keep our wardrobe doors open. The restaurants weren’t very good with nut allergies in the sense of showing on the labels which things had nuts. And there weren’t enough serving spoons so dishes without almonds for example tended to get cross contaminated by people using serving spoons which had almonds on them

The hotel was very clean and very spacious. You never felt overcrowded. The grounds were lovely and the whole place had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. All of the staff apart from one of the towel guys were amazing .

The gym not opening until 9:30. We like to do a workout before breakfast. Thought it was too late to open a gym. The snack bar was a very poor offering. If you didn’t want to eat at the buffet the options were poor.
