The staff are excellent and although dated, the room was immaculately clean. Reception attended 24 hours and no problem with a slightly later check-out, storing my bags and using hotel facilities for a few hours whilst waiting for a late flight. For the price paid, I was very happy with this hotel.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the quickest route to the beach can be a bit precarious, involving a walk across a "live" building site. Obviously this work will be finished in due course so will not be an ongoing issue. Oh, and if you don't like cats, avoid this place as there are quite a few friendly and harmless moggies wandering about.

Hotel is spotless thanks to the professional cleaning staff. Breakfast was good with a very good selection and very friendly staff. Location is perfect sea and beach not far also Harbour and large indoor market within walking distance. Didn't meet 1 unpleasant staff. Booked for 2 nights probably stat for another week. My room had all the comforts of home even a well equipped kitchen and large fridge. WF very good, any amount of TV channels, safe, balcony, room 475. Definitely recommend and will be back. Extremely safe city thanks to Government policies for tourists.

Nothing really, there's is some construction work to the front of the hotel, a bit of noise daytimes, night time quite but you should be out enjoying all the wonderful experience the city has to offer daytimes anyway.

The hotel is well placed around 10~15 minutes stroll from the beach and is in a quiet area next to a lovely park. The last two years there has been construction outside and that is mentioned in other reviews, but as of now (20July2024) the work is almost complete and there was minimal noise, just some last minute mono-blocks being laid and carpentry work on seating. The whole street was dug up and underground parking put in, the surface is now all landscaped with majority pedestrianised, new lighting and lovely planters. It is now one of the nicest streets in Agadir. The hotel I hope will re-instate it's street side cafe and the overall impression of the area is lovely. Nice cake shop/cafe at the far end, sushi restaurant two doors down from hotel, a few other shops. Staff are so friendly and Abderrahman the lifeguard/pool guy goes beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable, brining towels and cushions etc.. He also is great with kids providing arm bands, floats and encouraging their swimming. A real family feel to the hotel and as we arrived before check-in time they were so apologetic room was not ready yet and gave us complimentary coffee whilst we waited at the pool. Continental breakfast has a good choice but was the same every day, but the pastries and bread were all freshly made, fresh squeezed orange and carrot juice, nice coffee, fruit salad, Moroccan breads/pancakes/porridge, boiled eggs, etc..etc.. Beds were so comfortable with high quality linen, and super clean room. Small studio kitchen ideal with fridge, kettle and hotplate. Lots of hot water for showers all the time. Small balcony with retractable washing line, ideal for swim wear or occasional washing to dry off.

Wifi was a bit hit or miss in the room for the first two days but then for some reason kicked into super mode and we had 90Mb speeds, great. The cafe/breakfast area could do with a bit of a makeover but I appreciate the fact that for two years they have been in limbo due to construction work right outside their door. I hope they can give it a spruce up as it will be a great location to sit and enjoy the new streetscape. Roof top terrace is open, but they have a collection of old seats and room stuff there, it needs to be tidied up. But minor points to mention, this is a superb value hotel.

Résidence Hotelière Fleurie exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, and the staff went to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was superb, with close proximity to the beautiful gardens and the upcoming tram line, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, the short walk to the coastline added to the allure of this gem of a hotel. I particularly appreciated the great value it offered, providing a tranquil retreat at an affordable price. I'm already looking forward to returning in a few days for a longer stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and convenient stay in the area.

Though my stay at Résidence Hotelière Fleurie was wonderful overall, one aspect that could be improved is the road maintenance in the surrounding area. However, I'm optimistic that with ongoing development plans, the city's infrastructure will soon see significant improvements. This minor inconvenience aside, the hotel's exceptional qualities make it a standout choice for accommodation. I eagerly anticipate returning to enjoy an even more enhanced experience in the future.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Useful to have a small kitchen facility especially a fridge. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. About 20min walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. A lovely stay, thank you.

Staff were amazing and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and the souke. Located on a lovely, well lit square. Rooms were big and the common areas spotless. For a hotel in this price category, exceptional value.

In the room kitchenette, one of the plugs was hanging out of the wall and the cooker was an old electric hob. But the room was clean and could still make coffee with kettle provided. Breakfast was not totally my kind of food but others seemed to like it so it was mostly me. Still would definitely come back again as the positives far outweighs any minor negatives.

Blown away by this place. Wasn't expecting such a lovely room and bathroom at all. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff were really helpful and the room was spotless. I loved having the kitchenette area and full sized fridge - an excellent addition.

About 30 minute walk to the beach, but it was worth it for the quality of the room. Unfortunately, as a solo woman, I didn't feel comfortable sitting by the pool, as there was always at least one (local?) middle aged man sitting round the pool fully dressed, scrolling on their phone. Appeared to be more like a place for them to sit and hang out, than an area for the guests to use.

It's close to the beach (15min walk) but at the same time far enough from noisy british tourists. There are a few local restaurants nearby that are not only a lot cheaper than in the ones in the tourist area, but the food is also excellent and fresh (halal - no alcohol). Staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cleanliness in the buffet area is not on par with the rooms. The same with the pool area - we saw i big pile of poo in a pool corner. Taking a shower was somewhat a pain because water would sip thought the floor and after a few minutes all bathroom floor would be wet. Breakfast options are a bit limited but overall ok.

Everything - 1) the reception staff were very friendly and helpful - any entertainment you requested and they will find solutions for you 2) swimming pool staff (Abdul) superb service 3) Room cleanliness - perfect The hotel is rather for people who loves quite holidays not for parties people 4) Restaurant - could have more meat available, but it was enough for me If you order 4x4 mini Sahara trip, please take some leftovers from your breakfast for lonely and abandoned dogs (on wild beach) as they will not survive without your help

Everything was perfect. I would not stay 2nd time if it wouldn't

Good sized very clean rooms. Daily cleaning if wanted. Small but perfectly adequate pool with a great pool man who gave us advice about shops in the area. In fact all staff really great. Breakfast is limited but to be fair there is something for everyone. You can request an omelette if you want. Location wise a good 29 mins walk to beach but loads of orange taxis about. Get one with a meter if you can and check prices before getting in. From hotel to marina should be no more than 29 dh. Lots of places around to eat but a lot seem to be pasta or pizza so depends what you’re looking for.

They are building a new square outside hotel atm with underground car park so some areas are still being built but looks like almost done. There are two mosques nearby so expect to be woken up for morning call to prayer around 6am. I suggest you keep your windows shut if you think this will bother you. Not a problem for us as I’m already awake and my husband never hears it!
