We tried to cancel because of people posting online about hotel was bad and staff rude but when we arrived it was the opposite. The Hotel was clean (our room, the foyer, the bathroom. We got clean towels and toiletries every day) and staff were great and helpful at all times. You could even smoke cigars and relax on the sofas in the lounge. Their was plenty of airways for cool breeze. Swimming pool was clean as was our room. I think Europeans can be incredibly racist to Moroccans. Look if you want Hilton Hotel? Pay £300. Don't pay £65 per night expecting the Hilton and its standards and then complain.

Some bath door handles and taps could do with replacing but they all worked. Look you if you want the Hilton pay £300 per night not £65 per room as this was.

Great reception and door staff. Kind, funny, always helpful and friendly. Always said hello and asked about our day, very sweet!! They helped to print out boarding passes and even stored our luggage all day after checking out so we could enjoy our last day! 10/10 for these guys! Housekeeping staff were great too, everyday new towels, made bed and replenished bathroom. Did not use bar or restaurant although the dining area and pool looked inviting. Excellent location right in the centre of beach area.

No outside food or drink is allowed. A bit strange when the room is provided with a small fridge!! Very noisy nightclubs surrounding the area, not a problem with earplugs but would be unbearable without.

Staff on reception and the restaurant were so friendly! Gave us loads of good places to go and see. Also compared to other hotels, this one is a lot cheaper! Good value for money. It is slightly nosey around the evening to the night time, but if you don't like music, Agadir isn't the place for you! It's right in the middle of Agadir near the beach, so taxi journeys to the Medina, Souk and Marina are only up to 10 minutes away and cheap!

Pool is surprisingly deep so you can't just chill out in it. There is a shallow section for children and adults to use though, but this wasn't an issue.

There is loads of cats, and we love cats. Staff was really nice Beds are comfortable, Location is great Breakfast €5 or £5 or 50dinaar, accept all currency, I personally prefer brkfst only in hotel and lunch & dinner from 5 mins walk from hotel place called Assalam City for more variety and good taste nd cheap rates. Late checkout at 4pm for €20 extra, Have a steam room hamam, Don't have sauna. Have swimming pool , Bar , shisha, good music. Towels problem needs to be fixed, they pickup all used towels but dnt leave new one. Wide enough bathroom with hot water shower, Location is great McDonald's is just across the road, 4 mins walk, Taxi expensive or (drive in) app (cheap) just at the door of hotel, Bar and shisha lounge next door as well called ibiza. The decoration is beautiful, they have an outdoor pool but also an indoor pool in the spa. Nice lounge to relax in the area of reception. The prices for beers and food is really good. Where the outdoor pool, lots of palm trees and an amazing scenery. The view of my room was breathtaking, I could see the beach. There’s a window outside my room and you could see the other hotel pools etc was so pretty. I liked the fact there’s no card to enter your room is a code and quite straightforward. I was on the 6th floor. If I was to go back to Agadir I’ll stay in the same hotel. The hotel staff was so friendly as well they helped me print my boarding gate when I was leaving (first time in Morocco, didn’t know after checking in, I have to print the boarding pass before arriving the airport to avoid paying a charge) Overall really good for the price. Try the chicken skewers, that’s my favourite. Also there’s so many strays cats and I personally don’t like cats so it was a nuisance, but they are very calm and kind.

The only thing I can mentioned is that the orange pillow in the room, when I arrived and was lying down I could perceive a smell of saliva, luckily they had other two pillows on a cupboard, so I just changed it. But the orange pillow was super hard, when I changed it for the other one that was clean it was super soft. Then on the night, I was on my phone, and something like sparkle in my glasses, I look at the table and I saw a crockcoach, I went to get a shoe, come back, no where to be found, I wasn’t scared, but more of a shocked feeling as I didn’t want to have them in my body whilst sleeping haha but that’s it. By the way all the other hotels you see in booking, they’re all super close etc

The location was perfect for the beach and the grande souk. The sea view was great. Accommodation was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic. Well done to the lady that made fresh eggs and bread for the entire customers for breakfast. She did an amazing job. Most of the staff were polite. Overall, the accommodation is excellent value for money considering the location.

Queue jumping at reception was common, which really enjoyed me. I had three customers jump the queue during check-in, where I had to say something. I felt it could've been handled better by the receptionist. Also, there wasn't enough towels in the family suite. We had to ask for towels multiple times and eventually got them otherwise the accommodation is excellent value for money considering the location.

The staff were friendly and amazing. Would go above and beyond to help you. Location is great - close to the beach. The hotel was clean - cleaners and staff running around the whole day to keep the place sparkling clean.

Some of the bathrooms need a little attention/upgrade but this is Morocco so what’s a standard for a European person, here it’s a luxury. I loved the breakfast but missed some fresh fruit and proper Moroccan tea with mint. There was a fruit salad but a bowl with whole tangerines, apples, etc would be better. There was a thermos with tea but it was quite strong and no mint.

Room clean housemaid works very hard and is very friendly, location great beach beautiful a lovely place to visit. Staff lovely the housemaid was brilliant. Omar the security man during the day was absolutely lovely always has a great big smile on his face and welcomes you each time you walk in, the 2 men selling the excursions are also lovely.

The only one thing I would say is that no do not disturb signs are provided for rooms, the cleaner came round by 9:30am took the towels but did not get any back until the afternoon. I spoke to the manager who said he will look into it and provide do not disturb signs for the rooms. The security man on the night time was not great never smiled or spoke.

This is our second visit to this hotel within 3 months. The location was perfect, close to local amenities and short walking distance to the beach. Sakina at reception was extremely helpful and always greeted with a smile. The bar, as well as the restaurant staff downstairs by the pool, were also nice. Overall, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice comfy lounge, nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend pool view, sea view is not the best.

The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms is not the best. The pool is not heated and is small. Depending on the floor your room is, some are in need of upgrade. However, we have noticed that refurbishment is being carried out on different floors, Very limited selection on breakfast, would like to have seen more option.

absolutely everything was amazing, the stay, the food, the sunshine, the cats roaming around as my girlfriend loves cats so we made plenty friends over the week. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. granted there was a big language barrier on some occations but that didnt stop us from sharing a laugh and a drink with them.

only bad thing was, as we were on the top floor in the executive room wi-fi was a bit jumpy. it would work then it wouldn’t. apart from that wi-fi works great around the bottom floors so we would go by the pool and work and enjoy the wi-fi
