An excellent stay at the hotel, but caution is advised in the area! I stayed at this hotel in Casablanca and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff, without exception, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. From the reception to housekeeping and everyone else, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, including the bathroom and bedding. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows. The lobby area was also well-maintained and provided a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Note about the surroundings: Unfortunately, an incident outside the hotel impacted my experience. While the area is "generally" considered "reputable" , my phone was stolen about 300 meters from the hotel during a mugging. This serves as a reminder to be CAUTIOUS with personal belongings (phone, laptop, backpack) in the vicinity. It’s also worth noting that police assistance in such cases will be limited. (Despite this external incident, my stay at the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it for its outstanding service and facilities)

The room was well kept and clean, the bathroom too. There was a cute balcony but the view is not the best. There was a bottle of water and some coffee at the room. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were clean and actually smelled like they were freshly washed, so that was very appreciated. There was also a minibar. Other than that, The receptionist was nice and helpful. I think it's a good option for the price range.

If you're travelling for tourism, it is in an okay location. a bit far from the train station but

We had an unforgettable experience at this property. Everything was perfect , the warm welcome, the spotless cleanliness, and the comfort of the room. The staff was attentive and always available to help us make the most of our stay. The location is ideal, close to major attractions while remaining quiet and peaceful. The value for money is excellent. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return on our next trip .

The satff are friendly and helpful with smile all the time. Location is in center of the Casa, you can find restaurant around and hypermarket within walking distance. Parking is alongside the street, some time especially mid day will find difficulty to find a prking. Overall our stay was comfort

We face issue of room was switched to single bed, and the booking confirmation was twin bed. Any how the issue solved in next day with bigger room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Good location, clean room and the staff was friendly and welcoming

The breakfast was varied but they should work on the quality of the products, I prefer to have one good croissant instead of having 3 that I won’t eat due to their bad quality

The main room is in good condition and looks nice. There is also a big desk where we could place all our stuff

The internet wasn't reliable, and it wasn't fixed during our 2-day stay at the hotel despite us asking twice. There was a blockage in the shower, causing water to accumulate during use, and this issue wasn't resolved either

It’s on the Central of the city, accessible to all. Staffs are incredibly amazing and helpful. The guard at night accompanied us to widraw for our security.

The bathroom drainage is not working, it’s always flooding and we need to call them to fix it. Aside from that our stay is the hotel was great
