Me and my partner loved this small Dar. The location in a safe and quit part of the Medina, the easy accessibility to the Blue Gate, the condition of the Dar, its beautiful decorations, the cleanliness, the very welcoming staff, all made our experience in Fes a great one. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the dinner we had there and we felt welcome throughout our stay. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and to help (we booked our airport rides through them, and also a city tour and all went perfect). Nothing but great words for the ambiance, the staff and their hospitality.

This guest house is such a gem! The owner and all of the staff here have been absolutely amazing to us.. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so welcome as I have here. They really go above and beyond to serve you and provide you with the best experience. Tea and cookies are available any time you want them, breakfast is made to order when you get up and is delicious and filling. It’s an easy to find location, fells safe everywhere around here, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything is clean. This is our favorite place we’ve stayed in all of Morocco! They helped us with tours, with arranging airport transfer, printing boarding passes, just all around a really incredible experience. I am thankful to have found this location!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. The rooms, locations and most of all the staff and owner are all so amazing!

Absolutely everything!!!!! The place is more beautiful than the pictures show too!! The location was perfect the rooms were so amazing and very clean. From the driver who picked us up at the airport to the reception staff to the the hotel staff and even the owner, such fabulous people and service, do helpful always! The terrace was comfortable with beautiful views and a wonderful big breakfast every morning( the ladies who served it were so lovely too). The staff carried our bags up to our rooms and we could have tea served to us at anytime and the sitting area in the Center of the Riad was so beautiful and peaceful with areas to sit at. The air conditioning was perfect as were the showers and the area was so peaceful at night too. We all felt very safe and very happy, just a very calm setting every day. This was my favourite place we stayed at in our travels throughout Morocco!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Dar Fés Medina. The exquisite decoration is just the beginning. We experienced proper hospitality from the whole team and felt very well taken care of- whether it was organising guides, drivers, dinner or just the wonderful mint tea and delicious biscuits, it never felt like a hassle. Breakfast every morning and the dinner we had on the gorgeous terrace was outstanding! The room itself was also extremely comfortable and well equipped, perfect for a restful night after long days out and about exploring.

Couldn’t fault anything!

One of the best riads we have stayed in Morocco. Lovely decorations, room very comfy with AC heating. Breakfast delicious. You can also try their home cooked dinner. Outstanding services, kind and helpful staff. If you have early morning departure they make sure you dont miss breakfast and they can also help you organise everything from tours to taxi. We took the desert tour and had a great experience.

Absolute gem in Fes! After an embarrassing amount of time researching on airbnb and booking.com we are SO GLAD we picked this one. Fantastic price for the accommodations and the people create a truly lovely and welcoming vibe. After a lot of travel, I needed a rest day and they took care of me like family. Do not hesitate to stay here! (Special thank you to the beautiful Iman and the kind owner - such incredible hospitality!) Also, heads up there is another riad with almost the same name so make sure you include the full name when searching/booking. We had a friend want to stay here after we sent pictures but he accidentally booked at the other one and was very disappointed.

The hotel itself is amazing, stylish and beautiful. I liked the decoration, details and general feel of the riad. When we arrived there we were suffering from the food poisoning (we got that in the different city) - the people who work there showed themselves amazingly by helping us and providing special treatment for me and my wife. The dinner on the rooftop was also very nice and tasty.

The windows in the room are quite small and they are facing inside the building - so there are not much light and fresh air and you keep them closed all the time to keep privacy and because you could smell the kitchen a bit. The other window was facing the corridor so there was quite loud when someone talked at the reception.

Great stay, couldn’t have picked a better location for Fes. Super safe area and amazing staff and breakfast with ultra clean rooms and bathrooms; would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Morocco.

We are absolutely in love with Dar Fes Medina riad!! 🥰 Without any doubt that is the place to be if you want a perfect stay in Fes. The riad is close to the entrance of medina, a 10-15 minutes walk from the Blue gate and all the restorants near by. The owner Mohamed sat for a chat with us, accompanied with the traditional morrocan mint tea of course. The receptionist Imen helped us a lot with the plan of our visit. A spacial thanks goes out to the other receptionist (Samir? 🙈) who was very polite and helpfull with all of our questions. We booked 3 tours via riad and we were very pleased with them. The rooms were clean and spacious, with air conditioning. The breakfast was perfect, we also had dinner on the rooftop of our riad and it was a lovely experience. Many thanks to all the riad staff, we would recommend it anytime! 😉

Room was clean and had all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable Breakfast was great, I asked for Moroccan breakfast and food was served fresh Location was great with a 15 min walk to Medina bazar What I really liked was that they gave me a key to the hotel/Riad so I could come and go at my convenience. Now, that made me feel at home like I was in a friends/relative's house.

Parking was an issue. I recommend that you use public mode of transportation as it is readily available rather than renting a car. I found a parking spot on the street but the hotel manager asked me to move it to a parking garage (10 Dirham/night) as it was much safer there
