A stunning palace with an exclusive design, this is one of the best hotels I have been to.

There was only one nuance in the restaurant. Usually the bill is written down to the room in which you live, and all bills are paid at the time of the check out, but when we came for dinner, the waiter in a very unfriendly manner said that we expect to pay the bill at the end of dinner, and we had to go to the room for a bank card, something was unpleasant. And this upset our stay here a little.

The Riad is a beautiful representation of Moroccan culture and art. The staff were gracious and attentive. The rooftop offers a beautiful repose. The location is fabulous!

Riad Salam is breathtaking! We were incredibly happy with our stay. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. They were energetic and went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. Additionally, when my family realized that we could not fit all of our purchases from Fes into the rental car, the staff at Riad Salam helped hold our items and organize shipping with a local vendor. The food was delicious and the rooms were spacious. My family stayed in 10 different hotels during our Moroccan vacation, and all five of us said that Riad Salam was the most beautiful.

It was such a great stay! These are two small things: 1. The pool is in the middle of the dining area, so it felt a little uncomfortable to show up for a swim surrounded by people eating. We chose not to swim. 2. It would be nice if Riad Salam offered valet parking or free parking. It was a little off-putting that we had to pay for our own street parking.

The hotel was very beautiful, exceptional customer service, friendly staff, beautiful breakfast.

I purposefully looked for a place that had a pool, so I picked this riad. However, the pool was so dirty, no one dared to swim in it. It looked more like a fountain than a pool and was good for just looking at. In fact, the pool was connected to a tiny fountain.

The location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Hajar, was amazing and so helpful with all our needs. We also did the cooking class which was incredible, we learned how to make chicken tangine and different salads.

The decor and furniture inside the riad are unbelievable. Everywhere you went it was visually amazing. Each of the many areas had a different character and feel, which made the overall experience incredibly broad and diverse. Excellent value for money given how opulent and classy it was. We will definitely return there if we go back to Fes.

Breakfast service was rather haphazard and poorly managed. There was far too much food brought, but it came in a totally random order with often quite big gaps.

The hotel is very nice with a wonderful decoration and an impressive building that give an atmosphere of the Marcian. We loved the building. The staff was very attentive and try to help.

We didn't have hot water in the bathroom only after each time that we called the front desk. The breakfast was okay but no more than that.

Riad Salam Fes is the most welcoming place on earth. This can be surprising given that it is a luxurious palace, colorful and happy, where every detail has been well-planned and orchestrated. It is a lively Riad with a copious, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a terrace perfect for relaxing as you watch the sunset. But the main asset of this property are the people who work there. They are warm, friendly and charming. I will keep great memories of Sadiq, Ayoub, Salma, Hajar, Amina, Abdul, and Banfaras. They are beyond comparison with any other hotel staff I have met on my journeys. I hope to be able to visit again, In sha'Allah.
