Riad itself is good and location great . However when we arrived we were told there had been a mix up with our booking ( we used booking.com ) and our room had been given to someone else . The staff member kindly upgraded us ( we checked at no extra cost ) . He was polite, kind and professional in the way he handled the situation . Unfortunately the next day we were told by another member of staff that we would have to pay for the upgrade ( this was the very young guy who seems to be in charge ) we told him that it was not our fault there had been a mix up and we were not willing too pay . We loved Fez so much that we wanted to extend our stay but move to another Riad . When checking out the same young guy gave us a paper bill higher than expected . We showed him our phone and the figure from Bookibg.com - he said ok but went on to tap a higher figure into the credit card machine . When pulled up on this he said it was a mistake !!!!! He went on to say there were problems with the computer and he couldn’t remember what we should have paid . It was embarrassing and we felt he was just trying his luck !!! 😩🥲😩 What would have been a great experience, staying in the Riad, changed to a disappointing one as this is not good practice and the last impression was one of being ripped off . I think this young guy needs to understand this and that his and the Riads reputation will suffer greatly if he continues in this way . The original guy that checked us in was very polite and professional . The older guy serving breakfast was lovely The young guy left us sad and I felt the need to out this in the review to warn other guests.

Great location on the edge of the medina. As is typical for medina riads the property is down a few narrow alleys however opens up into a lovely courtyard with comfortable seating and a small shaded pool. Large comfortable bed and good ac in the room. The shower is also decent. Only detracting points would be the build up of lime/hard water in the shower room and a loose lighting connection above the hairdryer socket. Staff were up early to put breakfast on for us leaving and nothing was an issue for them.

Noise from what seemed to be the owner attended at the property and berating the staff.

Nice small (= not noisy) riad with very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good. We checked-in late and they prepared dinner for us. We felt safe to sometimes leave our children alone in this Riad - they were fed dinner and were taken care of. Staff organized pick-up / drop-off to airport and one small excursion around Fez. They were not pushy at all to sell any services, only what we needed. We stayed in "President" room on the top floor and it was large enough for a short stay with 2 children. Our friends stayed in ground floor two level suite, also big enough for a family. It was more noisy due to facing inner courtyard, but bedroom is more isolated due to split level design.

The staff were amazing, the guy who was preparing the food was amazing, he was very kind, polite and always smiling and responsive to all our orders. Miss Monia was very friendly and helpful Idress ( the chap in the reception) was super kind. Iman, was super friendly, used to chat with my wife and gave her nice tips about where to go in Fes. The Riad itself was very Elegant and super clean THANK YOU

Nothing major, but he bathroom towels and robes were a bit old and worn down, Sometimes, you get bad smell from the bathroom ( but I think this is a known sewage problem in Fes)

The Riad met all our expectations from the minute we were greeted by the taxi driver that the Riad had organised for us at the airport until our departure in the late afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived late in the evening (23:00) and the Riad kept the kitchen open to ensure we could eat. We were made to feel very special and were able to take our time and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast was exceptional. We asked to eat upstairs on the terrace and loved the views. The waiter Mohammed was excellent and even though communication wasn't easy he always had a smile on his face. We loved all the features in the Riad which gave it its characater including the little tortoise. The photos on the website showed the Riad exactly as we found it.

The location is perfect, very close to walk to the market and easy to navigate. The people working there are very helpful and warm. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. We stayed in Ruby suite - the bed was comfortable, the suite itself is nice, clean and spacy. Enjoyable experince!

There's nothing really negative to say. The Ruby suite has a bedroom and a living room, the bedroom does'nt have a window. As we had 3 people, we closed the door between the rooms for the night, without the window it felt a bit oppressive in the bedroom.

Excellent location, in the middle of the Medina and only minutes from the souks. The staff were friendly and very helpful - booked an early taxi for us to the airport and walked us out of the Medina to the taxi area which was much appreciated at 3am! They also packed us a breakfast to take with us. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Really great value for money

Very minor complaints only as our stay with delightful overall. Slightly splashy bathroom- even with the shower door closed water managed to get out and soak the floor. The room was also slightly small so perhaps book a bigger room if you have lots of luggage

The Riad is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax in after a busy day traveling or exploring the Medina of Fez. The team running the place are super friendly and welcoming, making sure you always have what you need and that you feel like home. The swimming pool is a great addition, and the roof top terrasse has unique views during the afternoons. We recommend trying out their "Chicken Pastillas" for lunch or dinner, as they are delicious.

Nothing, it was awesome!

The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate my every request. I arrived very early in the morning (2:00 AM) and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport. A young man carried my heavy bags up stairs and then brought me a nice plate of sweets; at 3:00!! Breakfast each morning was a big surprise! There was no way I could have eaten all the food provided me.

Riad Amor was AMAZING!!! Walking down the alley ways to get to the riad you’d have no idea of the beauty that lies behind the 10m stone walls. As soon as you enter the door, you feel immediately at home, and is a place you can relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the bustling town of Fes. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming and we’re always on hand to help for everything you needed. Breakfast was amazing and the service was brilliant!! Highly recommend! Also very short walk (2min - 5min) from good restaurants and the start of the old Medina.

The only thing, was that our own personal suite had a firm bed. While some people absolutely love a firm bed, for my own self I woke up with a slightly saw back but was completely fine after 5-10mins stretching in the morning with some light yoga
