We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host Oussama was so friendly and helpful. There was peppermint tea/Moroccan cookies on arrival. Our host was happy to book taxis for us and to provide recommendations of things to do. The Riad itself is small but the rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The location is 12 minutes from the medina so it’s very accessible on foot. Navigating the alleys/paths in the old town can be difficult so google maps is a must!

The WiFi was very poor for downloading routes etc from google maps- that was the only downside.

The property was in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes from the souks yet still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable with AC keeping us cool. It was cleaned and tidied everyday to a high standard. We also enjoyed using the plunge pool and going up on the terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfast in the mornings and had tea in the evenings. Nouamane was a fantastic host, he was very friendly and always happy to help, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He made us feel very safe and was always on hand to answer any questions. We highly recommend this riad!

We had arranged for the host to meet us at a central location to guide us to the riad and to assist with our luggage. The welcome mint tea and biscuits were a lovely way to be greeted and breakfast each morning was freshly cooked. The welcome dinner (extra cost) on the first night was also delicious. The host was very happy to accommodate our preferences and he took time to orientate us to the area and arranged some bananas for breakfast one morning when I told him my husband and I were feeling a little unwell.

The accommodation was fairly basic. While the room itself was a reasonable size, the bathroom was smaller than expected and fairly simple. As advertised the main square is around a 10-15 min walk from the riad (in a very round about way), and it took us a day or so to feel confident walking back and forth during the day - there was no way we would have attempted it at night.

A clean and pretty little riad. The manager, Oussama is exceptional. Very welcoming and speaks impeccable English. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and they have a friendly terrace kitty cat so, as a cat lover, I was very happy! The hotel arranged a porter to assist with our luggage and a 20 euro airport transfer driver who was lovely.

I spent a few days in Marrakech (old city) and I was really glad that I picked this place. I needed to wash my clothes from long trip and they helped me with that which was really appreciated. Before my visit they sent me a video how to get to the hotel which could be really helpful. In general, they are professionals. The housekeeper was really kind, same for the hotel manager but I need to give the biggest credit to Nouamane. After I arrived to the hotel, he gave a map of old city with many tips what to visit and even during my stay there he was helpful. Thank you, I enjoyed your place a lot.

The rooms and interior are beautiful! It is a beautiful and quiet oasis in the middle of a bustling city! Everything was very clean! The host was incredible, he helped wherever he could and it was just nice to chat! He definitely made the visit more comfortable! Location is really nice since it is in walking distance of all the main sites! Location is a bit hard to find, but we got a description and a video from the host! So it was no problem at all!

- Sometimes an Engligh speaking staff member isn't always available however there is always a willingness to assist - If you have big suitcases, getting there will be a bit of a mission so you'll probably need a local to assist using a cart. Negotiating the price can be a headache as it's always smiles and no problem in the beginning and then arguing over the price at the end... It would be good if this service was offered at a set price to avoid this negative experience - Due to the layout of the Riad, it can be a bit noisy when other guests are coming and going.

We have spent few nights at Dar Nour El Houda and everything was great! Our host Oussama has been really kind and nice, welcoming us and helping us with everything we needed (including the transfer pick up at the airport). The riad is within the medina so everything in Marrakech is easily reachable by walk. The breakfast and the dinner we had during the 1st night were delicious! Thank you Oussama for everything!

Mohammed , is a good and kindly person, that will give to you all things that you need… info about, medina and his particular street and secret place… rooms are cozy and clean… position is top!

Perfect base for exploring the medina. Staff team were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us. The map & info they provide on arrival meant no need for a guide & def book taxi airport transfer( plus porter) with them in advance. Room was clean & comfortable. Wonderful breakfast on roof terrace and delicious evening meal first night (need to book in advance as chef cooks the tagine throughout the day!). Lovely stay & would recommend .Thank you so much.
