The animation team were wonderful - especially those who look after the children in kids' club. They'd learnt our boys' names after the first visit and made the effort to seek them out and say hello at dinner and around the pool. The animation team by the pool worked really hard to pull guests together and get involved. There were always plenty of sun loungers after breakfast at 9.30/10am. Family suite was a good set up for a family of 4 - gives adults and kids their own space. Food was good - lots of variety each day but some staples. Really enjoyed the tagines. Great location for visiting Marrakesh.

Dinner service - more staff needed. Those working were rushed off their feet so we often sat with plates on our table that didn't get cleared before moving on to the next course.

Lack of information - a book with all the activities and number for reception / spa would be super helpful. Would be good for reception to explain / take towel deposits on check in Housekeeping replenishments bit hot or miss.

Everything was very good. The hotel is beautiful, full of flowers and very clean. Animation team is great, many things to do for children and for adults. A professional fitness coach arranges different activities every day, highly recomment to visit all! Food and wine was ok. Shuttle bus to the center and back to the hotel. Kids almost cried didn´t want to leave, and so did I.

The big pool was cold, but we knew that only one pool was haeted, so it is ok. Evening shows were too late for our family - at 22:45. Once I saw that cook (or another kitchen worker) skreams at a waitress, I was shocked, it is not acceptable!

Animation, they can do better when I compared to other clubs where I've been. I was disappointed on the Moroccan night both on the dinner theme and the show. being Moroccan I was expecting to have a great and unforgettable night putting out gastronomy and culture on the spot, but it was a big disappointment, and I wasn't proud of what was presented. I hope they will make an effort in the future and be creative.

The facilities are amazing as in pools, gym, spa, tennis, activities. The food was also excellent with nice wine too... It's all inclusive. Staff were really lovely too. My son had to get stitches on his ankle and we were very glad of the infirmarie. I would recommend staying here for a week just to relax and then going to a Riad for 3 days to see Marrakech which is enough.

Beds weren't that comfortable. Rooms were fine but a bit tired.

Kenzi club is always welcoming from the moment you arrive at the hotel. Security, reception and the drivers are wonderful and informative. Bar staff restaurant staff are always delivering service with a smile. Shout out to youseff Yassine and Fettah in the restaurant and chef Ali who will accommodate whatever you need. Animations team are amazing especially Sam youseff and medo from kids club. Club Eldorado staff are friendly in particular arif, latif and Bader. Rooms are spacious and clean and the grounds are lush and green. We have an amazing stay and look forward to returning.

It was perfect, perhaps water in the rooms however it really isn’t any issue collecting water from any of the bars or restaurants.

The staff were amazing, especially with our daughter, and were so attentive asking if we needed anything and bringing us a high chair. The heated pool was nice, but the other was too cold during the time that we were there. The staff in the baby club were lovely too. The shuttle bus was very useful but you had to book a day in advance.

The heated pool was very deep, and all one level which was hard with a baby. The food was the same every meal (nice, but got a bit boring). You have to pay for the spa use (10 euros to use just the pool) and there are no jacuzzi or sauna facilities, and the treatments were booked up for a week. The Moroccan restaurant had no availability whilst we were there, and the only other option was the buffet. The children's facilities were very basic and tired - all the grass around the play areas was muddy and a lot of the sporting facilities weren't great. I would say this is more of a 4 star resort than 5.

Travelled here with my husband and 7 year old daughter. We absolutely loved the facilities. The staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond to make our experience better than we hoped. The animation team, (Sam, Bushra, Hassan and others) were very talented and we loved watching their nightly performances. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful and helped us find everything we needed. The pools were a lot of fun and we were able to find loungers every time. There was something for everyone at all times and we will definitely be back.

the drinks were a little warm unless you added ice (which we avoided) - would be great to have them refrigerated.

Great location and facilities. Around 15 mins cab ride away from airport and city centre. The animation staff worked really hard to put on activities and shows for guests.

While overall the property is good, it did in some places look like it could do with some TLC. The hairdryer in our room was ancient and not working for example. The bathrooms looked a bit worn out. This property is marketed as a 5 star resort but there are some small things and attention to detail that make it a very good 4 star resort but not a 5 star for me. for example, no robes in rooms, very basic toiletries in bathrooms. The electric kettle in our room had been used to boil noodles in by a previous guest and in all the time we were there, this was not checked by room service as part of their cleaning routine. Stuff that you’d reasonably expect in 5 star resorts.

This hotel has great facilities, lots of planned a activities with a fantastic animation team. The food selection was vast, fresh and catered for all tastes. Extra sun beds were provided on busy days, which were comfortable and well spaced out. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate and full of beautiful plants & flowers. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and a different display was made on the beds each day that included flower petals. Nightly entertainment was at a very high standard, the team got everyone up dancing after the shows.

The AC did not cool down the two rooms we had which meant having to leave the balcony doors open at night. Better selection of beer would be great.
