Mohamed and Moha were very friendly and fulfilled all our request. They have been exceptionally helpful. Moha makes the best mint tea 😁 we originally got a room on the ground floor but wanted upstairs. They were really kind too move us. We also has issue with Ac which they resolves really quickly.

Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool as it’s location wasn’t too great. Pool should be on the rooftop or somewhere private. Nether the less it was a really nice pool.

The hosts were amazing! it was our first time in Marrakesh travelling as work colleagues. we hired a car and didn’t know where to park or how to find the riad. The hosts came down and met us, helped us park the car, guided us to the door. sat with us and chatted, gave us a great breakfast and even stored our bags all day after we had checked out.

nothing, all perfect! ❤️

From the moment we set foot inside, our hosts couldn't do enough for us. They were all amazing, and the Moroccan tea that was prepared on arrival was delicious and so refreshing. Having breakfast each morning up on the terrace was the perfect way to start each day, and our hosts were on hand to give any advice or directions we could ever need. It was the perfect Riad for the true Moroccan experience. And the little one-eyed cat, Arabkech, was so sweet also.

Initially the Riad was a little difficult to find, I think a sign on the street would have made it a lot easier to find. Follow the Google maps location and it is at the end of a small alley opposite a couple of shops.

From the moment we arrived at Riad Arabkech we were made to feel so welcome by all of the staff. Moha was there to greet us with a welcome drink and cake which was much appreciated after being out in the 45° heat! For the rest of the stay, Moha and his colleague Mohammed were on call 24/7 and answered all our questions. Moha even woke at 4am to walk us to the Post Office where we were to be picked up for an excursion. The other reception staff, cleaners and cooks were all so pleasant and friendly too. The Riad itself was tucked away down a little quiet alley. It was clean, spacious, beautiful and traditional. Our room was big and very clean. The pool and roof terrace were a fantastic extra and breakfast was plentiful, home cooked and traditional, served with coffee, juice and Moroccan tea. I would definitely return to this Riad. The place was beautiful and the service was second to none.

The only thing which would have enhanced our stay was if we had a fridge in our room. Everything else was exceptional.

I have so many beautiful things to say about Riad Arabkech. First off it is a very popular Riad & well known when you have to explain to your driver where you would like to be dropped off. Khalil was outside the Riad when I found it and gave me a warm welcome and pleasant check in. Mohammad the young adult of the staff greeted me with tea (all the yeah I can drink) and traditional Moroccan music, we shared a little shimmy dance. Moha working the overnight shift set up my dinner in the location of my choice where I selected the terrace. He played some music for me as another guest joined. He was especially helpful for if I needed a tour or driver. He assisted. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful tradition Moroccan house.

Nothing. Zero regret

The location is fantastic, right in Medina (old city). The breakfast is substantial. The best thing about this hotel is the Staff! Momo, Rashid, and Hailill. They are so pleasant and really take good care of you. They walk you out to get taxi's and bargain for you. You have to bargain for taxis, there are no meters. They great you each day and help with whatever you need. The riad is very clean and nicely decorated.

The mirror in the bathroom is too low to see yourself. It would be nice to have more counter space in the bathroom and more towel hooks or towel bars. Minor details, nothing to prevent us from staying there again.

we had amazing time at Riad Arrabkech. The rooftop was lovely to relax on. Plus the friendly cats are a bonus:) The room was small but nice and good value. Aircon worked perfectly. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming and will always help you out. Especially with walking through the medina at night which can be confusing , the staff are willing to meet you and help to guide you or to help with getting taxis. The location is perfect. its In a quieter area of the medina, which is ideal if you want to stay in a riad but dont want to be overwhelmed staying too close to Jemaa el fna square.

only niggle is the shower and taps sometimes became really hot but it corrected itself within seconds and the shower never ran cold. A bin in the room couldve been nice. There is also no fridge in the room but there is a fridge on the terrace with drinks available to buy

From the moment we stepped through the ornate doors of Riad Arabkech, we were transported to a world of Moroccan charm and unparalleled hospitality. Nestled in the heart of Marrakech, the Riad stood out not just for its stunning architecture and décor, but for the warmth of its staff. Khalil, Momo, and Moha deserve special mention. Their friendly demeanor, local insights, and eagerness to assist truly enhanced the overall experience. Whether it was a restaurant recommendation, directions to a hidden gem in the Medina, or a simple chat about their day, they were always there with a smile. The crown jewel of my stay was undoubtedly the morning ritual on the terrace. As the first rays of sunlight kissed the city's rooftops, we were treated to a lovely Moroccan style breakfast. In summary, Riad Arabkech is not just a place to rest your head; it's an immersion into the best of Marrakech. With its captivating ambiance and the genuine kindness of Khalil, Momo, and Moha, I left with memories that will last a lifetime. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

The room could have been slightly bigger.

This little Riad was super clean and pretty! It had everything we needed and all that we were looking for. The location was fabulous, right at the heart of the Medina, so everything was walking distance. The highlight of staying here, however, was the fact that we were treated like family. Moha A was the best host you could ask for. He was always ready to help us and went way and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you, Moha, for being so wonderful! We would definitely come and stay here again and can't wait to do so in the near future! Thank you so much to all the staff at Riad Arabkech for making our stay so special.

The Riad was within walking distance of the souks and the main square (once you have become orientated in the small streets and alleyways). It was tucked away down a small alleyway making it very quiet. The rooms were small but comfortable and nicely decorated. Our room was near the stairs so it was bit noisy at times but it was very quiet at night. The roof top terrace was nice with plenty of space to relax. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The pool was small but served a purpose as a place to take a refreshing dip. Overall it was good value for money but not as luxurious as some of the riads in the Medina.

It was a bit noisy at times with loud music that wasn't necessarily our taste. We asked the staff to book us a taxi to pick us up from the airport but this ended up being much more expensive than if we'd just got one at the airport.
