Pool and Morroccan breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful, especially Mohsin

There was some construction going on, and the restaurant wasn't open. TV wasn't working, and the door wouldn't seal properly, and flies kept coming into the room.

Staff (Mr.Mehdi and team) Very helpful. Breakfast is satisfying. Mr.Mohsen took good care of us. Property- Calm place and good for relaxation. Good swimming pool. Privacy. Stay - Comfortable.

The whole layout of the place is very nice and comfortable. The room is spacious and decorated very well. Out side is plenty of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your breakfast and dinner. Beautiful pools and you can hire a private pool for just you and your family. Very kind and friendly staff. If you are looking for a family holiday go there.

Beautiful and relaxed place

The staff was very attentive and asked for feedback. Everything we shared was addressed! We felt very appreciated! The first day the breakfast was very basic only - eggs and bread with coffee. No juice, no fruit or veggies - from the second day on it was then more complete. The pillows were too big and hard, I had neck pain. They changed the pillow but still it was not comfy.

First off all, the location was hard to find. It would be beneficial if a simple sign shows where the hotel is. Even one on the entrance would be very helpful. The staff is not very well trained. Only one person seems to be customer minded and trained. The rooms are a little bit worn. I had not hot water, another colleague had problems with his shower too. Also the cleanness in the rooms are subject to criticism. I changed my room after one night. The other room was bigger and had hot water. However TV does not work, WIFI system with 4 rooters was very weak and not usable in the rooms. No clothes hangers in the wardrobe of the room. Getting breakfast takes very long. Also we were being asked for payment getting a second cup of coffee during our first breakfast of our two day stay. The restaurant is there but the customer must order hours ahead with limited selection from the menu. Once done the pasta was cold .. Now the best part- the pool and pool area was amazing also safe parking is guaranteed. So with this eye catcher are customers intent to book. The hotel has potential but it needs urgently corrective action by management.

The staff was nice and tried their best to be helpful. The room was very large. The view of the Atlas Mountains from the rooftop was great. It was quiet at night.

Hygiene was bad: lots of dirt on the cushions, dirty glasses around the swimming pool, dump on the road, our toilet was not working, dirty green swimming pool, our terrasse full of sand, and so on. Too much lights in the rooms at night. The food was not available or bad. Bad service: It took 2 hours to get pasta and one hour for a sandwich. Uncomfortable cushions on the beds.
